Ducklett, use Rain Dance to make it rain heavily to disturb Chansey's sight.
Then use Water Pulse!

The park gate swung open as the two trainers entered. They walked quickly past a pair of young lovers and moved swiftly through a group of children playing football. I watched them as they went, wondering why they were here. They stopped when they reached the small pond that was nearly at the centre of the park; that was when I recognised them. One was Face and the other was Foxamivlath, both new trainers. This was probably their first battle; both were new to this, it would be interesting to see how they did. Face was the first one to choose which of their pokémon would battle. A small blue and white bird shot out of its poké ball and came to rest on the waters of the pool; she splashed herself a few times before settling down and watching to see what she’d be up against. Foxamivlath threw his poké ball down with a flourish and, after a flash of blinding white light, a small, pink pokémon appeared. The Chansey moved closer to the edge of the pond nervously – she had never battled before and was anxious not to fail her trainer.

Round One

Face

Ducklett (F)

HP: 100%
Energy: 100%
Condition: Ready to go
Moves: Rain Dance ~ Water Pulse

Foxamivlath

Chansey (F)

HP: 100%
Energy: 100%
Condition: A bit anxious
Moves: Charge Beam ~ Shock Wave/Charge Beam

Ducklett knew that she would need as much help as she could get if she wanted to even scratch Chansey; the water in the pond wouldn’t be enough to strengthen her attacks to a decent level – she needed more water. And so the little duck began to dance. Her wings flapping, her feet kicking beneath the water, her head bobbing in time to an imaginary beat. Her opponent watched her with a strange look, wondering what on earth was going on. But she hadn’t noticed the grey clouds that were gathering overhead; rain clouds had appeared over the pond and were about to let out everything they were carrying. Rain fell from the sky; a mere smattering at first, but it soon turned into a ferocious downpour. The children playing football looked up and ran for shelter and I tried to get under the nearest tree. I could now only just see the battlers through the veil of water – hopefully nothing too exciting would happen while I wasn’t able to watch.

Chansey squinted as she prepared her next attack. Electricity crackled in her hands, forming a ball at her finger tips. She used the glow made by this ball as a searchlight and searched the fog of rain. There it was! A flash of blue caught her eyes and she fired on it before it could get away; a beam of electricity shot through the sodden air, creating steam as it went, and hit Ducklett on her right side so that she went spinning across the pool. The nurse pokémon allowed herself to smile when she heard her targets squawks, the attack had hit and now she felt a strange power coursing through her; the attack had helped boost her power levels. Now she would be able to win this for her trainer.

Ducklett looked at where the beam had come from with a look similar to one of shock; she hadn’t expected to be quite that hard this early on. However, she knew that rain was duck’s weather - he had an advantage and was going to use it as much as possible. Rain water as well as water from the pond was drawn together into a ball of water, which hovered a few inches above the surface of the pond. The little blue duck looked past the watery orb, searching for his opponent; he saw her about a metre from the edge of the pond in the same place she had been in when she fired her last attack. Spinning to add momentum, Face’s pokémon struck the ball of water with one feathered wing; it shot off across the water and smashed on Chansey, sending splashes of water everywhere. The nurse made no movement at all; she had barely felt the attack – Ducklett would have to do a lot more than that if she wanted to stop her.

And now it was time for her to return fire. Electricity crackled and sparked around her arms; rather than the orb it created last time, it formed a web connecting the two arms together. When sufficient charge had been built up, Chansey threw the web into the air so that it would fall down onto the pond. It was a trap, the web was big enough to cover the whole pond and as it was moving downwards, Ducklett wouldn’t be able to fly over it. The net sank down to the water and the sound of a terrified duck echoed around the park. It was obvious that the attack had met its target and that it had hurt her a lot. The rain continued to pour down around the two pokémon; neither was going to give up yet but it was looking like Ducklett could be outclassed by her opponent. However, it’s not a good idea to judge a battle by the first round – tides will always turn until everything has been said and done.

Face

Ducklett (F)

HP: 79%
Energy: 85%
Condition: More than a little sore

Foxamivlath

Chansey (F)

HP: 98%
Energy: 84%
Condition: Still a bit anxious; +1 Special Attack

Notes
Rain Dance- (Ducklett -9% Energy; Rain is in effect)
Charge Beam- (Rolled 21/100, 80 or less to hit; rolled 1/10, 7 or less for stat boost; Chansey -7% Energy; Ducklett -9% HP)
Water Pulse- (Ducklett -6% Energy; Chansey -2% HP)
Shock Wave- (Chansey -9% Energy; Ducklett -12% HP)
I assume that where it say “Status problem” in the restrictions, it means that they are not in effect. Therefore, there is no roll for confusion on Water Pulse

Arena Notes
It is raining. Because Face said he wanted the rain to disturb Chansey’s sight, it costs an extra 2% Energy and decreases the accuracy of Chansey’s moves by 10.

Team Notes
Face
3 Pokémon remaining
Foxamivlath
3 Pokémon remaining

The rain doesn't really disturb you, Chansey.
Since it's raining, you shall use Thunder to hit Ducklett!
When Ducklett is shocked, aim towards her and use Thunderbolt.

Thunder ~ Thunderbolt

Round 2

Face

Ducklett (F)
HP: 79

Foxamivlath

Chansey (F)
HP: 98
Energy: 84
Ability: Serene Grace
Moves: Thunder ~ Thunderbolt
Status: +1 SPATK, all moves have -10 ACC until rain stops

As the round continued on, Chansey grew more and more confident that its opponent was going to lose terribly. Chansey pointed both of its stubby arms at Ducklett's general direction, knowing that the rain would guide the accuracy of this strike. Chansey cried out, and suddenly, a wicked thunderbolt dropped from the rain clouds above, homing in on, and blasting Ducklett with a surge of frighteningly powerful electrical energy. Ducklett didn't even have time to panic before it quickly became a roasted afterthought, feeling quite a bit of pain from the strike.

Ducklett, although slightly annoyed, opted to go on the offensive, using a combination attack to hopefully catch Chansey being cocky. Ducklett opened its mouth wide, letting loose a torrent of brightly colored bubbles. They bubbles moved at a quick pace, flying across the field towards Chansey. Chansey, still cooling from the last strike, was caught off guard as the bubbles began to explode violently. In the chaos of the popping bubbles, Ducklett began to flap its wings before quickly gliding across the field, white streaks forming around its small, blue body. Ducklett charged, slamming directly into Chansey. When the dust had settled, Chansey looked.. rather bored. The double assault had done next to nothing, and Chansey grinned at Ducklett.

Now within physical range, there was no way Chansey could miss, even with the heavy rain. Chansey pointed its arms at Ducklett again, and as they quickly charged with electrical energy, yellow beams shot from its pink arms directly at Ducklett, sending it flying backward, critically injured from the strikes.

Round3

Face

[-] Ducklett
Ability: Big Pecks
Health: 38
Energy: 66
Airborne.

Fox

[-] Chansey
Ability: Serene Grace
Health: 93
Energy: 46
+1 SPATK.

Ducklett suddenly shot up into the sky, soaring to hide herself within the dark clouds of the storm that was now beginning to clear. She had flown up there in order to dodge her opponents attack, but had she so ever been wrong. Chansey begin to watch the clouds intently and rub her egg. The egg began to spark and glow. Suddenly she pointed up at the sky. A electric current shot through her stubby arm into the sky. Then in retaliation the clouds sent down a wicked thunderbolt. Ducklett was high up and by natural causes the thunderbolt shot straight at her, totally against her plans. She was shocked by the shock. (;D) Then she began to fall out of the sky, feeling in no condition to keep battling.
[Thunder; Chansey: -22 Energy | Ducklett: -23 Health]

She however shook that thought out of her head. Spinning herself in the air, she began to pick up speed and fly beak forward towards the Chansey. She struck the Chansey from the sky with great force. But the thick bulkiness of Chansey seemed to protect her from the incoming blow, and it did not do as much damage as had been hoped.
[Fly; Ducklett: -11 Energy | Chansey: -3 Health]

Ducklett breathing heavily could no longer fly very high. So she stood on the ground. From there she began to flap her wings. A strong wind blew from them and seemed to clear the clouds in the sky and the shady places. This gave Chansey no cover and she would have a hard time dodging attacks from other pokemon's keen eyes.
[Defog; Ducklett: -2 Energy | Chansey: -1 EVA]

In her last attempt to bring her opponent down, Chansey began creating static electricity using her fur and her egg. She then shot the beam of electricity at the Ducklett. It struck and completely knocked the pokemon over.
[Thunderbolt; Chansey: -16 Energy | Ducklett: -18 Health]

Ducklett gave a muffled quack, but then rested her head down, completely worn out and not able to battle anymore. Face returned her to her pokeball, and whispered something to her.
[Ducklett Fainted!]

Face

[-] Ducklett
Ability: Big Pecks
Health: -3
Energy: 53
.

Fox

[-] Chansey
Ability: Serene Grace
Health: 90
Energy: 6

Notes
Thunder - "It can hit a Pokémon during the semi-invulnerable turn of Fly. ".

I claim this battle~

Fox

[-] Chansey
Ability: Serene Grace
Health: 90
Energy: 6

Face stared at the Chansey who stood quite proud with a smug grin on it's face. She knew that she would have to pull a pokemon that would stand some chance. So out came her Roggenrola. He landed on the ground with a crash, the rock pokemon, ready to rumble.
However during the whole time the Chansey just sat there. She was breathing in and out slowly. Just relaxing, resting her body from the tiring work pulling strong attacks was.
[Chill; Chansey: +6 Energy | Roggenrola: -]

Roggenrola was not going to waste any time. He started his attack. His energy core began to glow, shining brightly. Above Chansey white rings appeared that glowed just like Roggenrola's energy core. Suddenly a shower of rocks fell from them and crashed against the Chansey.
[Rock Slide; Roggenrola: -9 Energy | Chansey: -5 Health, Flinch]

Chansey was now covered by a pile of rocks. She wouldn't have been able to preform her attack. But, that did not phase her. She wasn't planning on attacking anyway. She sat under the rocks until, they glowed white flashed and disappeared from the battle field.
[Chill; Chansey: +6 Energy | Roggenrola: -]

White rings began to appear around Roggenrola again. The inner core was again glowing brightly. The rings tightened and the opened up again leaving sharp pointed rocks in their place. These rocks were shot out at the Chansey and hit the pink pokemon. These two pokemon were ready for another round.
[Stone Edge; Roggenrola: -15 Energy | Chansey: -6 EVA]

Ability: Sturdy
