Default [SU] Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 - The Planet's Paralysis RP

WARNING!

If you haven’t played PMD2, Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky and you don’t want the storyline/ending to be totally spoiled, look no further. This RP will be focusing on the main events of the game, and will undoubtedly reveal a large portion of the game’s storyline. But, if you’ve beaten at least one of the versions of PMD2 already or you don’t mind if the storyline is spoiled, then you’re definitely welcome to come on in.

If you’ve played through the game, most of this will seem very familiar, but I’m still putting it here as a refresher, and to inform anyone who hasn’t played the game of the basic details.

BACKGROUND

This RP will directly tie itself to the main storyline in PMD2, but will instead star a larger cast of characters (the ones you make). Instead of the hero and partner, as well as Grovyle and Celebi working to stop the planet’s paralysis, they will be accompanied by other Pokémon characters trying to accomplish the same objective. Meanwhile, Primal Dialga, Dusknoir and his team of Sableye won’t be alone this time either. Joined with them will be plenty of other characters that want to preserve the future, regardless of how dark and dismal it is.

The RP starts off around the same point in time that the game starts off.

THE STORY SO FAR

In the current state, the future of the world of Pokémon is a dark and macabre place. The sun never rises, the winds never blow, and spring and summer never come. In the future, the planet is paralyzed, and time is forever locked in an unending stasis. Meanwhile, Dialga, the regulator of time, has lost all sense of reason, now given the title of “Primal Dialga.”

Pokémon surviving in this morose future remember that generations ago, the collapse of Temporal Tower, the tower that regulated the flow of time, was the reason why the planet became paralyzed. Most of these Pokémon have accepted this as the fate of the world, but there are others that hope and fight for a way to change it. These same selfless Pokémon are prepared to do whatever it takes to try to go back in time to reverse and change the outcomes…

…even if it means they will disappear because they are from a future that will no longer exist…

In order to prevent the collapse of Temporal Tower, these Pokémon will need to head back into the past to find the five relics known as Time Gears. Located around the world, these Time Gears need to be collected, and then brought to the top of Temporal Tower in a realm called the Hidden Land. The problem is no one truly knows where the Hidden Land is. And time is already running out.

Meanwhile, the Pokémon of the past are unaware of what is happening. While many of them do know about the existence of the Time Gears, they consider it to be disastrous to even think of disturbing them, believing that time will stop whenever they are taken. Any Pokémon from the future attempting to collect them to stop the planet’s paralysis will not only have those from the future trying to stop them, but the Pokémon from the past will be after them as well, thinking they’re trying to cause the planet’s paralysis rather than prevent it.

It is clear the outcome rests upon the edge of a knife…

SIDES AND GOALS

The Renegades

The Renegades are the Pokémon from the future that are trying to stop the planet’s paralysis by stealing all five Time Gears. These selfless Pokémon understand that what they are about to do will result in the disappearance of the future they are a part of, and that they will disappear along with it. Regardless, they stand firm with the resolve that the dark, dismal future that they have known needs to be undone, regardless of the sacrifice.

To head back into the past

Anyone belonging to the Renegades will need to find Celebi in Dusk Forest to travel into the past. Celebi can not be caught (Shh, I know what you’re thinking, all you people who finished Sky already!), and is part of the mission to change the future. However, if Dialga’s agents get hot on her tail, she will need to migrate to different areas.

Collecting the Time Gears

Thankfully, the Renegades know where to find the Time Gears in the past through careful research. Their locations are as follows:

Treeshroud Forest (Unprotected)
Giant Volcano (Unprotected)
Fogbound Lake, Near Foggy Forest (Protected by Uxie)
Northern Desert/Quicksand Cave (Protected by Mesprit)
Crystal Cave (Protected by Azelf)

Taking a Time Gear from any of these locations will result in time slowing down around the general area. However, this will only be temporary, as time will return to normal once the Time Gears are in place on the top of Temporal Tower. However, the Pokémon of the past will believe this slowing of time is a permanent effect from removing the Time Gear from its location.

In order to steal a Time Gear guarded by Uxie, Mesprit, or Azelf, you will have to fight them, cleverly trick them, or something else of this nature, as they were charged with the responsibility to protect the Time Gears, and will not understand your mission. When a Time Gear is taken from one of these locations, the other two will be alerted of the theft, and not only will things become harder, but chances are very good more of the Pokémon of the past will become involved against you, and might even assist your enemies from the future.

Getting the Pokémon of the past to finally believe the truth behind your mission should definitely not be easy. Doing so is dangerous in itself, as it will alert Dialga’s agents of your presence in the area.

To find the Hidden Land

To even make it to the Hidden Land once the Time Gears are collected, the Renegades will need to find the Relic Fragment, and bring it to Brine Cave. Unlike the Time Gear locations, the Renegades will not know how to do this, and will likely need to uncover the means to do this through searching.

We’re going to assume Grovyle’s human partner, the hero of PMD2, was turned into a Shinx named Clyde who forgot his memory, while his partner is a Riolu named Miles. Hope no one minds that.

In order to find the Relic Fragment, the Renegades will need to need to find Miles, and none of them know he has it. Once they have it and they know how to use it, they may travel to the Hidden Land, and finish the final part of their quest. Meanwhile, gaining the assistance of Grovyle’s once-human partner Clyde would be a massive help toward finding the Time Gears considering he has the Dimensional Scream ability, the power to see visions of the past and future through touching certain objects of significance.

The Renegades WIN the RP if they manage to place all five Time Gears at the top of Temporal Tower, thus forever altering the course of history by preventing the collapse of Temporal Tower. However, they LOSE the RP if all of them are eliminated, or if a month of real-life time passes (it means Temporal Tower has collapsed).

Primal Dialga’s Agents

As a minion of Primal Dialga, its your mission to stop the Renengades before they change the events of history and wipe out everything and everyone in the future. Primal Dialga’s orders are clear: Execute anyone attempting to change time.

Unlike the Renegades, the Agents have the advantage of being able to be taken to any area of the past that they want without Celebi’s help. Meanwhile, they have the advantage of being able to use deception on the Pokémon of the past to help them in their pursuit of the Renegades. The Pokémon of the past will have reason to believe Primal Dialga’s Agents before they believe the Renegades.

While the Agents know that the Renegades are trying to target the Time Gears, they do not know where they are. Its your mission to hunt them down, bring them back to the future, and make an example of them for all those that would make the mistake to follow in their footsteps.

Meanwhile, the Agents all have the power to create Dimensional Holes, which are portals that lead back to the future. Once taken there, the Renegades are to be executed.

The Agents WIN if every last Renegade is executed (must be done fairly), or if the RP lasts longer than a month (real life time) from the start date, which means the Renegades are too late, and Temporal Tower has collapsed. However, the Agents LOSE the RP if the Renegades successfully place all five Time Gears at the top of Temporal Tower.

TIME PERIODS & LOCATIONS

NOTE: Locations with a white tag exist in the game, and I did the best job I could to realistically apply them to the map. Locations in yellow don’t actually exist in the game, those were made up by me.

RULES
  • No god-modding or bunnying. If one of Dialga’s agents successfully and realistically captures one of the Renegades (be fair and mindful of what your adversary is doing), you may bunny them to drag them into a dimensional hole to bring them back to the future, but that’s as far as it goes.
  • No spamming. Also, don’t post one-liners, this isn’t that kind of an RP. Your posts should be at least two paragraphs long.
  • Limit OOC chat. If you have a dispute, speak about it in the discussion thread. I'll try to resolve conflicts and disagreements the best and fairest way possible.
  • DO NOT MOVE RIDICULOUSLY FAST from place to place. Traveling from one location to another should take time, and it should not be an easy trip considering there are plenty of Pokémon in both the future and past that are aggressive because of the time distortions. You can use other Pokémon to help you travel faster, such as a Pikachu riding a Pidgeot to get somewhere at a quicker place (Provided the rider doesn't weigh more than the flyer or ground mount). Remember, one post should be about the departure, the next post should be about the trip itself (An "En Route" post), and the last can be the arrival.
  • Because TMs are littered all over the place in PMD games, you can use any move that your Pokémon can learn, TM, level up, tutor, and so on.
  • No using any Itemizer or Transfer Orbs. That's just... wrong. However, anything else on this list is okay unless a conflict arises mid-RP and it needs to be prohibited.

Also, each post will need a header. Put this at the top in bold:

<Character name>
<Side, either Thieves or Agents>
<Current location, Past or Future>

Hm, might give this a try. If I slow down a bit now and then, though, I apologise in advance, Neo. It means RL is getting in the way.

And are we allowed to reserve a spot until we get the sheet up? If so, I'm going:

Name: Xin ("Light of Heart")

YAY SELI'S JOINING! 8D

-Name: Alec

-Gender: Male

-Species: Larvitar

-Side: Renegades

-Age: 16

-Description: Standing at 2' tall, Alec doesn't seem to physically be different from any other Larvitar. However, the differences could be seen if one gets closer. Alec's normally rocky skin is instead smooth and glossy, like finely-sanded rock, or a gem. This abnormality has given Alec an immunity to the normal dual-Type weakness against water; he can swim, dive, or take water attacks as well as any Normal-Type Pokemon. However, contrary to some Pokemon's beliefs, this glossy skin does not give Alec greater defenses against physical attacks; in fact, Alec's Defense is lower than others of his species.

Other than his smooth, gem-like skin, Alec has one more abnormality. His eyes, instead of being ruby red, are as blue as a sapphire. No one is quite sure why he has this mutation, but other than the beautiful color, nothing seems to be very different about his vision; it's still bright and clear for him. He doesn't have worsened vision, but neither is it improved better than anyone else in any way.

-Personality: Contrary to the time period and environment that Alec has grown up in, he's a very cheerful and optimistic Larvitar. Failures only briefly depress him, but he always looks forward to the next hurdle, the next challenge, the next chance to correct and redeem his mistakes and failures. Even when faced with adversaries, he keeps optimism close in his heart, feeling that in the end, everything will turn out for the better for him. However, he isn't stupid; he doesn't believe good things will be delivered to him. He knows he has to work for it. And it was for this reason he joined that growing movement to change the past somehow.

One of the things that Alec relies on most is the bond of a team, companionship, friendship. It's what keeps him hopeful and cheerful, ever since he was separated from his parents some years before. This is why he jumped at the opportunity to join with an Espeon known as Xin to form a Rescue Team. With the world being paralyzed, almost every one of the Rescue Teams at the time had been disbanded in shame and sadness. however, problems still plagued the surviving Pokemon, namely a lack of food. So, Alec and Xin worked together to make the lives of hopeful Pokemon as well as possible in this bleak future. The recent rumors of reversing the paralysis in the past had recently reached their ears, and they immediately caught on. The possibility of vanishing from existence was perfectly accepted by both, but all they wanted was a brighter, happier future in which Pokemon could live and thrive.

-History: Alec was born into this bleak, dark future, a paralyzed world. No sunlight ever graced his face, no winds were felt on his unusual skin, and he never saw the splendors of the most beautiful seasons year after year. It was always the same, unending, boring, desolate scenery. Rubble that had been tossed up in the earthquakes following the collapse of Temporal Tower were frozen in midair, waterfalls were as solid as ice, but bore a perfectly neutral temperature; everything feels like it's at the same middle point between warm and cool. The births of Pokemon these days were rare indeed, because most of the Pokemon remaining after the world's destruction were too focused on merely surviving, instead of continuing their species, and thus, the world's Pokemon were dying out, slowly, but surely.

At first, Alec's Tyranitar parents showed concern over his unusual skin texture. It was about as hard as the skin of a Larvitar's normally was, but it was smooth, and slightly shiny, like a gemstone, rather than rough, gritty rock. However, other than the smooth skin, Alec looked and acted just like any other Larvitar babe. So the worry began to fade. They were also intrigued by the color of his eyes, finding them bright and captivating. It wasn't until years later that the benefit of his skin "deformity" began to show itself.

Sometimes, water Pokemon who had gone feral from the collapse of Time would attack Alec's parents, thinking that they'd be easier prey because of the natural Type-weaknesses Tyranitar have. However, they'd find that to be the wrong assumption, because Tyranitar are never pushovers, even against Types they are weak against, even Fighting-Types. However, one particular day, a feral Wartortle decided to try and attack Alec instead, while his parents were turned. The Water Gun blasted Alec back, but he was not cringing in pain like most Pokemon with a dual-weakness do. In fact, he seemed to be shrugging off the stream of high-pressure water more than possible for a Pokemon his Type and age! The attack gained Alec's parents' attention, and the Wartortle was sent flying (it's hard to say if he survived the fall, or, indeed, has yet to come down from the fall!).

Alec may have grown up in a bleak environment, but because of how his parents raised him, and always gave him their companionship, he hardly ever found a reason to really be sad and unhappy. He had his parents, he had enough to survive on comfortably, despite the constant attacks and moving around when their den was compromised, so he felt that he should be cheerful for his parents. As the years passed, he grew into a fine, strong youth, helping his parents more and more.

When Alec was about 12, however, disaster struck. They had settled their new temporary den unknowingly in an already claimed area, and a bunch of feral and angered Graveler attacked them while they slept. Weakened and battered, Alec and his parents had to run for it along the narrow path against the cliff face. However, an Earthquake from one of the Graveler caused the path underneath Alec to break off, making him slip and fall down into the dark chasm below. Alec never saw his parents again...

When the Larvitar awoke, he was scared and sad for the first time in his life; his parents, who were always there, weren't around. However, he waited, sitting right where he was, for a time span equal to three days. When his parents never showed up, he sighed, picked himself up, and continued out into the paralyzed world alone. Sadness and fear continued to grip him, but slowly, his confidence started to grow inside him. He began to realize that his parents would never want him to feel like this. Soon, he was his old, optimistic self again, looking for a place to call his own home, helping Pokemon he met along the way, and making life after the end of the world that much more bearable.

A couple years later, he came across a scene that would forever change his life. He'd just come through Dark Hill when he heard a loud cry of pain and fair. The Larvitar started running towards the origin, coming across an Eevee being attacked by two Arbok and a Seviper, the latter currently coiling around the writhing brown-furred Pokemon in an attempt to crush his bones and open an opportunity to bite his neck and kill him. Alec never gave them a chance. After unleashing a powerful Earthquake attack on them, he rushed into the fray, fighting off the Seviper. With the Eevee freed from his suffocating grip, Alec and this Eevee easily fended off the snake Pokemon together, causing them to retreat.

While they rested, Alec introduced himself to this Eevee politely, a gesture which was returned; the Eevee's name was Xin. At first, Xin was pretty shy and shaky, especially after the attack he had just survived, but the more Xin and Alec talked, the more they warmed up to one another. Once rested, Xin and Alec decided to travel together, finding strength and safety in numbers. the beginnings of a strong friendship blossomed between the two.

The two foraged for food together, traveled together, and even helped a few Pokemon who needed their help along their wandering travels. Alec and Xin began reminiscing about the stories they had heard about times before Temporal Tower collapsed, a time when Rescue Teams would help Pokemon out so often and make life better. Since the world became paralyzed, and so many Pokemon died and were frozen in time as a result of the tower's collapse, there hadn't been any Rescue Teams. However, both Xin and Alec agreed the world was in need of a Rescue Team, now more than ever. Taking an oath together, the two friends formed the last Rescue Team their world might ever see again. Donning the name of Team Hope, they began going around the continent, helping out what little they could. This was mostly helping Pokemon find a home, finding a cure or treatment for some sickness, or, most commonly, finding food from the ever-shortening stores.

As they traveled, whispers of a movement to restore the world by altering the past, preventing the collapse of Temporal Tower, reached their ears. These rumors were disregarded at first, the both of them having heard so many hopeful rumors it was a little hard to believe. But as more and more whispers of this movement reached their ears, they began to believe, and a new hope blossomed in the hearts of Team Hope. As they helped Pokemon out, they were silently looking for any new evidence of this movement, hoping to join it. But their Rescue Team's own fame drew the attention of the Agents of Primal Dialga.

Eventually, after the woke from sleeping sometime in the near future (a time equal to three days), they found themselves surrounded by Sableye, as well as several other Pokemon. For a "crime" they had yet to even commit, they were ordered to be brought to Primal Dialga and his Officer, Dusknoir, and executed. Not willing to go without a fight, Alec and Xin worked together and defeated their potential captors, and, amazingly, Xin became one of the rare, lucky few in the paralyzed world to find the gift of evolution, becoming an Espeon afterwards. However, now they knew they needed to hurry up and find the ones working towards a better future; they were already ordered to be executed, and would be pursued relentlessly from now on, they both knew it.

It took less time and searching than they thought; their fame as the last surviving Rescue Team had been heard by more friendly ears, as had their narrow escape from capture. They were confronted by a few members of this movement, and in short order were added to the small numbers of Renegades.

Now, Alec works closely with his new friends and Xin, knowing that they would disappear from a future that would not exist if they succeeded, but he had accepted his fate. Losing his parents made him realize that a better future for the whole world was worth sacrificing himself.

-Other: Obviously, Alec and Xin could actually pose as a Rescue Team when they make it to the past, but they would soon be plagued by doubts and such when they start making it obvious they're helping find the Time Gears.

I really like the sound of this RP, haven't done a Pmd-based RP in awhile, but I have a question before I attempt signing up--will humans be involved at all, considering the game hints at humans living in the future?

Name: Robert
Gender: Male
Species: Riolu
Side: Renegades
Age: 15

Description: Robert looks like any other Riolu, except for the fact that he has stained the silvery orbs on the back of his paws black, that way the shine of silver won't give away his position. Robert stands at only three feet tall, an average size for a Riolu. His eyes are deep red.

Personality: Robert is a rather serious pokemon, yet he tends to make quirky remarks to add in some humor to the situation. While his humor can come off as dark sometimes, it is meant to break up all of the doom and gloom that surrounds them every day. He will do whatever he has to in order to achieve success and restore time. He cares deeply for Lady Mew, though he will never openly talk about his relationship with her to others.

History: Robert grew up in the horrible future of the paralyzed planet. Never having seen the sun and surviving off of whatever he and his parents could find, Robert's primary goal in life was to simply survive. However, one day his parents fell victim to the Sableye patrols, leaving Robert alone to fend for himself. It was during his flight for survival that he came across Mew. Mew told Robert about a chance to change the world for the better if he could find Celebi, as well as explaining the consequences of changing the world: that they would fade out of existance.

For many years Robert and Mew traveled togetehr searching first for the spots where he would be able to locate the time gears. They ran into other pokemon also seeking to help restore the planet and find the time gears. With everyones combined effort, the two were eventually able to figure out the areas that needed to be visited upon heading into the past.

It was a very difficult decision, but Robert decided that for the sake of the world, it would be better to die and be reborn into a bright and wonderful world than to remain in this one. He has traveled ever since with Mew, seeking out Celebi and training daily. While Robert and Mew have developed a rather strong relationship with each other, it was decided that of the two, Robert would be the one to travel into the past while Mew stayed behind with Celebi to buy Robert and the others time to succeed in changing the past. For now, Mew and Robert have split up in order to try and find Celebi.

When are you going to start? I'll be sad if I don't get in but just curious.

Name: Tokisuku (weird name huh?) But just call her Toki

Gender: Female

Species: Absol

Side: Renegade

Age: 12 and a half

Description: Has a crescent moon on her paw. Just there. She looks like a normal Absol, but the black thing on her head is actually dark brown. Her fur is darker, somewhat gray. She's not shiny, just colored differently. Or is she a shiny? No one really knows, not even her, but she guesses she's not a shiny. Ugh. It messes up people's brains. Has azure eyes. No, not just baby blue, seriously blue.

Personality: Toki (for short) is fairly smart, but when it comes to solving riddles, she's a genius. She LOVES riddles. While she was growing up she learned how to make and solve riddles, from her parents so now making/solving riddles is her best talent. Of course, Toki sucks a directions and gets lost frequently. This is why she prefers to stick to the areas she knows, just in case she might get lost again. And THAT is why she bought a map.
She will probably try and trick the time gears out of protection, that would be her best shot.
TOki does not get scared very easily, considering that Absols don't get scared that much. However, Primal Dialga DOES scare her. After all, what could possibly more scarier than... >shudders< her nightmares and Primal Dialga?

History: Toki's life was made even more glum when the world turned dark. As if it wasn't enough, getting shunned by everyone except her family because of her powers. (Ability to predict disasters. T.T poor Absol) Before the dark came, she would stand in front of passing pokemon and ask them a riddle, kind of like a pokemon sphinx. If they got it rght, they could pass. If they got it wrong, they only had two more chances before she would battle them, and they would try to pass. Most of the time they lost. She had been recently been feeling shivers in her sleep, something felt bad, she could tell something bad was going to happen. She was in the middle of doing so when 'it' happened. (Meaning time going 'funky'.) Of course, she let the pokemon go (she isn't THAT mean, she just wants a good battle) and raced back home, like any good Absol would do, but she searched and searched ad searched and searched for a whole week surviving on nothing but grass and dew, but STILL hadn't found her house when she finally stumbled upon her mother, who seemed to be sleeping in the middle of a grove. Unfortunately, she hadn't seen the two punctures on her mom's other side, and tryed to shake her awake. When it didn't work, she tried again. And again. And again. But it didn't work. WHn she finally turned her mom over, se saw the wounds that were now healing themselves but they were still gleaming ruby. It hit her hard, but she knew that she needed to move on, so she dug a hole with her claws and laid her mother inside. She covered up the dirt and continued.
Once she found out it was time going wonky that caused it, she decided to fix time and avenge her mother's death. If her father is still alive, it is unknown, but anyways. She doesn't care if she dies, she just cares that, 1) Dialga gets back to normal, 2) She gets revenge, and 3) She prevents nightmares whenever possible. She had really freaky nightmares as a young Absol and got so freaked out she'd run out of her bed screaming 'OH MY ARCEUS!!!'

Other: She has good charms. Not 4-leaf clovers but she's.......... attractive........ to most males.

NOOOOES! I posted too late and got second post.... T_T

Shen, Mewcario, and Darkria are good to go. Thanks for joining, guys!

Seli, a reserve is fine. To make sure everyone’s ready, we won’t start until after the weekend, if that’s okay with everyone.

There will be small colonies of people hidden in various places in the world, but yeah, humans will be quite rare among Pokémon (we’ll say less than 2,000 for the entire world). We could also say they’re the ones responsible for making the TMs, Max Elixirs, Scopes, and any of the other man-made items.

Please tell me its not to late to join? This is utterly fascinating! Though I'd enjoy being a Regenade, I see we lack in the bad guy department.

Name: Denovar (a play on the word renovar)
Gender: Male (Rotom acutally are not gendered (even though they can produce eggs...), so lets say he considers himself male, eh?)
Species: Rotom
Side: Primal Dialga Agent
Age: 16

Description: The horn like thing on top of his head is longer then a normal Rotom, and his electricity color is reversed from the regular color of a Rotom. Where the blue was, white is, where white is, blue is.

Personality: Denovar, like many ghost Pokemon, is a bit sadistic. He enjoys watching terror rise in his victims and will play cat and mouse in almost any 'game'. His I.Q. is off the charts, and like Jigsaw from 'Saw' will do everything from the shadows, prompting occurences and emotions without ever showing his face. With his flair of the arts, he'd then pull away his mask of deception at the last moment, letting people realize their mistake far too late. He's really just one evil ham.

History: You know how people say that nobody is born evil? Well they're WRONG! Denovar is bad right to the bone (Da nah nah nah nah, LOL), from the second he appeared. He doesn't know if he was once an egg. All he knows is that one second, he was there. Denovar first opened his eyes to Pokemon screaming and running in terror as the darkness slowly spread around them. He watched indifferently at first, but as terror mounted his mouth slowly began turning up in a smile. Then suddenly, a Fearow crashed to the ground in front of him. He looked as the wretched bird tried to stand back up, but then collapsed to the ground, dead, with interest. Denovar suddenly found himself wanting to make this pain happen to other creatures.
As the years of darkness went on, Renovar honed his skills and began quite a skilled fighter, but an even better strategist. Not only that, but he was able to locate a lost library and began to read through the history of the world. He began to learn, and he used that knowledge to his advantage. One 'day' he was suddenly transported in front of Primal Dialga, who asked him to join his cause of protecting this future. Renovar, quickly realizing what could happen to him if he didn't, accepted and began to hunt after the Renegades.
"Its like playing a game. A game of inevitability, and a game where I cannot lose."

(Hope its good!)

Name: Kuragari(M)
Gender: Male(Don't ask. I play Male characters better then Females.)
Species: Absol
Side: Renegades
Age: Kuragani turns 18 next month.

Description: Kuragani has a thin scar running down his face from a fight with another Absol. his blade on his head is sharper then most Absol's. Kuragani's fur is black, and so in his blade, tail, and claws. A.k.a., everything is black. XD But at night, his gem glows dark red.
Personality: Kuragari has a violent past, which makes him violent, distrustful, and isolated. Kuragani is a Renegade, but searches alone.
History: Kuragani was only 5 when his parents were killed by a group of Dialga's agents. The agents were Absols. Kuragani did not understand, but his pain from the loss of his parents brought strength to him, and he fought savagely when they turned to kill him. He was wounded in the face, but killing one, he got away. Kuragani survived by finding shelter in a cave. Kuragani knew nothing about what happened to the world. One day he went back to where his was. It had been burned down! Horrified he ran into the house, finding nothing but a letter. he ran back to the cave, and read it. It described what had happened to the world. Right away he hated Dialga's agents, but reading on he found out that this parents had been part of it! Kuragani finished reading in horror. It turned out that his parents had been planning to steal a time gear for their own selfish purposes, and so Dialga ordered his agents to kill them. Kuragani destroyed the letter, and ran away to a cliff.

Kuragani traveled a long time becoming a savage, isolated, violent beast. Many people were afraid of him, and he earned quite a name. When he found out where the renegades were, at age 17 years 3 months, he went to them. He offered to join them. They were a little wary around him, but agreed. When they went into the portal, Kuragani went alone. Now, 8 month later, he has earned a name for himself here too.

Other: Kuragani has earned quite a name from him. In the RPs, the other characters would be afraid of him. VERY afraid of him. Unless they are renegades. Then they would be afraid, but not VERY afraid.

Name: Chris
Gender: Male
Species: Arcanine (Surprised?)
Side: Agent
Age: 20

Description:
Chris is like a perfectly normal Aracnine besides a scar over his left eye and a dark blue/cobalt scarf.

Personality:
Chris' past with problems with the renegades make his personality pure evil. He never liked anything boring and sitting around doing nothing. However if he wants he can act his way to make them believe a fake Chris. Chris is a perfect undercover agent.

History: Chris joined the renegades long ago as a Growlithe. His father was an all star member of the agents before his death. Chris was one of the most experienced renegades at the time, however he wasn't easy to get to do something. After spending 4 years in the renegades he was captured by the agents and sent to the future. His choices were to be killed or to join the agents.

He didn't like either choices but he didn't want to die at age 10, so he joined the agents, filled with fond memories of the renegades. At first he was thinking that maybe he should've died. His mind was soon changed when he saw the agents completely destroy a squad of renegades. He only wanted ultimate power after that. So he started fighting against the renegades, even killing one of his closest friends in the renegades, a Poochyena named mike. His mind has been completely filled with hatred against the renegades, brainwashed into thinking they're the bad guys. After 6 Loyal years he was awarded a fire stone to evolve. His power greatly improved and became an valuable member of combat. He never thought about going back to the renegades.

His experience of kidnapping goes back to when his father told him the uses. He's been taking those tips and building a very worthy opponent. He can infiltrate teams as an actor, which he learned also from his father. Chris is a priceless partner to have. He'll warm up to you if you prove you're worthy, other then that he treats you like trash. If you question Chris, chances are you won't be safe or alive much longer. He never turns down a fight.

Other: Chris is not the easier guy to persuade either.

First post in forums just to join an epic RP lol

Thanks, Neo. Here's hoping he's all good and well (I'd feel like such a tryhard with this big sheet if Shen hadn't already done it XD):

Name: Xin ("Light of Heart")
Gender: Male
Species: Espeon
Side: Renegade
Age: 18

Description: Xin's somewhat smaller than average, but his lean frame and rangy limbs make him appear bigger than he actually is. He is possibly what humans would call a shiny Pokemon, however, he isn't exactly that either.

Xin's just lighter in colour than most of his species - a light violet that is almost silver-blue at some pointswith fur that is generally soft unless he hasn't bathed (which is often), with the jewel in his head a dark purple and a tail that, despite no longer being an Eevee, tends to creep around his hindquarters, regardless of his stance or position. This is likely an unconscious act of self consciousness, as his tail covers up the jagged grey-white that trails from under his chin, over his right shoulder and along his girth, ending just shy of the middle of his belly. He probably also feels slightly ashamed of how thin and lean he looks, though he can't help it; he's just one of those unfair types with the fast metabolism, though his poisoning by an Arbok seems to have somewhat contributed to his inability to maintain a more plump stature.

Xin's right ear is ripped just short of the tip, enough so that the tear is noticeable and flaps slightly in a breeze, but not enough for his ear to droop without him consciously making it do so. Most noticeable about this little Espeon though are his eyes. They are a deep, dark blue flecked with violet, and express an astonishingly wide range of emotions, but above all, the faint, haunted sadness that always lurks behind his intent gaze, something that seems to never quite disappear even when he's smiling...or smirking, depending on his mood.

Personality: Xin can be very mature for his age when he chooses to be, a combination of his natural intelligence and what he's been through in his life so far. There is a distinct sadness about him regardless of his mood, the kind of sadness that makes one want to hold him close and protect him until it goes away, even if he'll probably start snarling and kicking at the embarrassment of it if he didn't have due warning or wasn't feeling particularly welcoming. As aforementioned, he's also quite intelligent, or at least insightful, but he tends to let his thoughts get the better of him now and again, which can make him seem a bit absent-minded at times.

His ability with Psychic attacks is definitely worth noting; Xin is both naturally and as a result of the struggle to survive have made them exemplary and brutally strong at the best of times. However, it's also worth noting that while his agility and abilities are very powerful, they can also pack a terrible punch to his energy reserves if he overshoots his limits, both physically and on his mental psyche.

As a natural personality beyond the Psychic and the sadness, Xin is naturally a tad shy. He's no pushover, to be sure, but it takes him a little while to warm up to most personalities, though he's a bit of a sucker for the wise, motherly types and the sweeter ones. Surprisingly though, once he's past the shyness, Xin is actually a rather personable sort. He can act older than his age, yes, but he's a rather amiable sort, more likely to tilt his head and flick his ears cheekily at you if you get fired up at him. And yes, he is very cheeky at times; he's particularly good at sitting there and looking innocent, while making the most appropriate-for-the-moment but innappropriate comments, before grinning that adorable grin, complete with twinkling blue eyes, because he knows it'll generally get him out of trouble. And if that fails, he hightails it, and probably laughs the whole distance spent chasing him and swearing everytime he escapes your grasp.

It's plain obvious the moment one meets him and gets something close to his trust that Xin is an incredibly loyal creature, and surprisingly, one with a lot of love to give once he's established his heart will be safe in doing so. He will fight to the absolute last drop of energy if it means providing a means of escape for the ones he's come to care for and love, will stand over them no matter who they are (or how big they are) and if you look like you're upset, or frightened, tears or not, he'll likely come wandering over and sit beside you, and let you do as you please - cry, rant, scream, sob, use him as a means of comfort, ask him for a hug...you name it, he'll do it. Once he's found someone to love, he'll love in his entirety, and is slightly romantic, very much living by the quote: "Someone to love with my life in their hands, because nobody wants to go it on their own, and everyone wants to know they're not alone..."

It's worth nothing that Xin is absolutely, utterly terrified of Snake types, as a result of his bad run-in twice with an Arbok. He doesn't give a damn if they're going to sink their fangs into him or not; he'll generally lose all rational thought - as anyone with an intense phobia does - and run hysterically for the nearest safe place, be it high up somewhere, or behind someone, shivering violently all the while.

History: Xin was born to a tragic union in a tragic world. He doesn't know who his biological father was, and never cared to know anyway, really, considering the circumstances of his conception, much preferring to believe that the proud, honourable Typhlosion who called himself Fugaku. He knows who his mother was, a beautiful Espeon who called herself Meilin, however, he never really got the chance to know who she really was, and was forced to rely on second hand accounts of who she was, what she was, and if he was anything like her, or would be.

Nonetheless, considering the utter decay of the world he was born into, Xin lived a life that was rough at times, but always filled with love and support (and a little bit of the school of hard knocks at times), with Fugaku, and Fugaku's mate and Xin's foster mother, the sweet-natured but certainly capable of standing toe to toe equally with Fugaku Scyther who called herself Mikoto. Living primarily on the border of a desert, Xin certainly never lacked when it came to learning what it meant to survive, however, being of a perceptive mind even of a young age, he was endlessly wondering at the state of the world, how it had happened, why it had happened, absorbing everything his foster mother and father would tell him of the stories surrounding it, and sometimes, musing on the thought of they're even possibly being a way of making some right in the world. It even crossed his mind on several occasions that it could all be fixed if Temporal Tower was somehow resurrected, or rather, he mused on the reflections of his 'father' when it came to that matter. Of course, not even the strongest Pokemon, and certainly not a little Eevee who showed an affinity with the concept of speed, light and psychism, could possibly manage that.

Xin's first run in with what would start his phobia with snakes happened when he was five, an unfortunate incident involving a particularly sadistic Arbok that left Xin with the scars along his chest and side, and probably would have killed him if he hadn't managed to make a run for it with his agility to Fugaku, who proceeded in no short order to rip the snake from head to tail. Mikoto's knowledge and precious store of healing prowess further saved Xin from the bite he recieved, though by that point, his terror against anything obviously poisonous or snake-like was set, and if he even heard so much as a hiss, he would run for Fugaku's legs quicker than an Absol using Faint Attack on a dark night.

Xin's second encounter with a snake type was perhaps the most tragic, as it was peppered with the complete horror and tragedy of the death of Fugaku and Mikoto. Fugaku had never been a fan of Primal Dialga, to make an understatement. However, to keep his family safe, he'd never been too outward with it, but someone evidently dobbed on him. So Xin returned from foraging one day to the scent of blood and a roaring he knew was his foster father before it was ominously cut off, and arrived on the scene to find a Seviper, an Ursaring, a Sableye and two Kneasel standing over his father's barely breathing body, and his injured mother beside him, fighting till the last and indeed slashing the stomach right out of the Ursaring before she scented her son. Rather than let him jump into the fray and fight, Mikoto didn't even bother begging for Xin to be spared, simply screeching at him to run as fast as he could, as far away as he could.

So Xin ran. And ran until his heart nearly burst from the pain, until he was sure the Agents would not pursue him any longer. His grief and heartbreak was terrible though, and Xin's nightmares would never fade, even as he wondered alone through the land. It never really faded, but in a way, it was turned into something ironhard and steely, and Xin vowed he would find some small way to resist the darkness taking over the world.

It appeared he wasn't going to get another chance, though, because much to his horror, he found himself cornered. Even better (or not), cornered by an Arbok and two Seviper. Paralysed in terror, Xin took them in long enough to know he was in trouble, before making a run for it. Unfortunately, he hadn't eaten properly for a while during the time preceeding, and as such, his infamous agility skills were more than a little off. The Arbok caught up with him and proceeded to capture him and wrap him up like a chew toy being made ready for a meal. They nearly suceeded too, and Xin swears to this day that it was some sick but damn good twist of fate that prevented them from doing so.

After unleashing a powerful Earthquake attack on them, the Larvitar who called himself Alec rushed into the fray, fighting off the Seviper. With the Eevee freed from his suffocating grip, Alec and this Eevee easily fended off the snake Pokemon together, causing them to retreat.

While they rested, the Larvitar introduced himself to Xin politely, a gesture which was returned; the Larvitar's's name was Alec.

Alec and Xin began reminiscing about the stories they had heard about times before Temporal Tower collapsed, Xin in particular with the stories from Fugaku, a time when Rescue Teams would help Pokemon out so often and make life better.

Other: Excels in Psychic and Agility, but he's obviously not perfect.

Neo Neo Neo Neo Neo!

You are awesome.

Too busy to check this out earlier.

Name: Kin
Gender: Male
Species: Ninetales
Side: Agent
Age: 24

Description: Kin is a shiny Ninetales, though there isn't very much extraordinary about him, only his white, zig-zag colar marking on his fur around his neck. His tails always seem to be moving, though its often taken as mild twitching or the wind.
Personality: Kin, is wickedly smart, manipulative and all around evil. Why Kin is evil, no one knows because he never has a reason to be. Kin just is, as he percieves all things around him are. The time he lives in is just as it is, and he rather likes it that way. His grace, beauty, and intelligence he takes for granted, as it 'comes naturally' to him. He can't ever seem to be upset by any insult, however should you make him upset, you'll be lucky to make it out with third degree burns in the least. Kin does not like to deal with complications unless he wants direct results in all immediate time. He has his own small group of specialists to do anything he finds unworthy of his time. If he were to find something worthy of his time, he would put all effort into completing the task in full efficiency. Kin can act, and sometimes it would even fool other Agents, as it seemed he would be considering switching sides. Kin has more amusement in causing confusion and turmoil to others, neglecting any emotion or consequence that would fall over. The Ninetales can deal with a majority of scenarios with the utmost of calm and majesty, and those

History: Kin never had any real memory before he 'became' Kin. All his previous life was never remembered due to a memory abnormality in his brain. All his previous childhood has been forgotten, though his worn out self when he was recruited to become an agent of Primal Dialga was ragged, only suggesting he had a rough past. His memory begins from there, working all his tails off to become worthy of the respect of Primal Dialga. He often went around, having ghost type Pokemon follow him since he commonly used Will-o-wisp as a light in the dark path ahead of him. Simply, Kin never knew they were there for a long time, but those ghosts loved the violet flames with a passion, and so stalked the Pokemon at all times as he passed through the forests. This went on for years until Kin slowly became more like those he was stalking; deceptive, malevolent, acursed even.

Soon enough, he could see well enough in the dark to stop using his ability. the ghosts didn't like that, and at first refused to let him pass. soon enough they began begging him to use it. Kin then developed an idea. He proposed that these ghosts come when summoned by the Will-o-wisp to do as he wanted them, then they could have it whenever they pleased. Surely, having these frights respect something of Kin's caluber would grab the attention of Primal Dialga. Without hesitation, the pack agreed, and followed in the tails of Kin. This made them move so slightly from then on.

Kin then requested to see Primal Dialga, but he could not, for the prospect of the present being changed was threatening the great Pokemon. Kin wasn't sure what it would be changed to, but he liked the dark as it was, and without it, his newly aquired 'friends' would be gone too. Then he left for a few days, contemplating all possible results of this present being changed. He eventually lead to ramblings of insanity, conflicting with the thoughts of the ghosts that posessed his tails. There, he decided to prevent any change, for it had to be as it was. Just exsist as it was. This mental breakdown almost became his doom when he dared to bring this view upon a small pack of Meowth. Kin wasn't sure why he was doing it, but there was a fight for invading on the feline's territory. Kin fought back, almost killing a few of them in an inferno of rage and lack of sanity. They pleaded him not to continue further, and that they would offer him tribute if they would be left in peace by him. Kin agreed, though on the condition that if he needed an alternate form of tribute, he could call upon a member to do some work for him. The pack agreed, and even as a show of loyalty they found another Pokemon for Kin to 'work with'. Since the Meowth believed that Kin was now proper owner of their territory, they brought a staying Octillery that seemed to be looking for him because of his reputation. After giving the Ninetales a briefing about what was possible to actually happen, Kin agreed to let him, Acaneer, be Kin's first representitive.

Other: Kin controls a small, but effective group of ghost type Pokemon, mostly consisting of Haunter and Mismagius. There are also a small group of Meowth who collect luxuries for him, and occaisionally work for him as well.

Name: Acaneer
Gender: Male
Species: Octillery
Side: Agent
Age: 30

Description: Acaneer is just larger than the usual Octillery, with thick tentacles from his usual exercise routine. He seems to be a darker red than usual, though its a mystery why.
Personality: Acaneer is a sharp-shooting, trigger happy tempermental Octillery. He isn't too bright, but he isn't stupid either. He relies on the intelligence of others mostly because of his disinterest for thought and love for action. You some much as look at him funny and he'll blast you faster than you can say 'oh snap'. Acaneer likes to take credit for other people's work, or at least certain other people's work. If you tell him to do something, he will get it done in the quickest and most physical ways that he can. Notorious for getting into trouble, you can already tell that he muslces his way out of most of his problems.

History: Acaneer spent a majority of his time just swimming in the seas from island to island. He originally came from Cipher Island, though with no sense of direction. He continually swam without much meaning, making himself progressively more buff as he went along. It was rare that a Pokemon were to approach him, and when it did it would be lucky to leave without injury. He travelled to many of the islands outside the mainland, thought it was with purpose. Acaneer traversed the many old dungeons in search of learning different types of projectile attacks for himself. He followed through the treacherous area, following rumor until he found someone with those who feared their pressence over the area. He would then find that person, and make himself victorious in battle. He did this, repeatedly, learning such attacks as Flamethrower, Gunk Shot in respective areas. Eventually he came to the mainland, eventually learning of a nefarious Ninetales by the name of Kin. However, it was Primal dialga that first brought his attention. Attempts to find him were often distracted by the fact that something may have the ability to make the present vanish. Immediately disliking this fact, he muslced his way through many many Pokemon in order to see Primal Dialga. His first intention was to try and beat it, but however, he was persuaded physically to work for him instead. To prove himself useful, he was to try and find a nefarious Ninetales known as Kin. Acaneer wasn't aware of the swarm of Meowth that had a territory of where Kin was now taking shelter in and was overwhelmed momentarily. trying to explain in words, he was brought to Kin, and then told him of what the mighty Primal Dialga wanted. Kin wanted Acaneer to work for him, but the Octillery wouldn't have it. In a quick bout, he lost to Kin, but then became Kin's first representative.

Other: He's bulky...thas it.

Name: Ashe, 'Lady Asharas' <-Official title
Gender: Female
Species: Charizard
Side: Renegade
Age: 19

Description:

Ashe is a bit smaller than other Charizards, and slimmer but none the less powerful. Her colourings are almost to that of a shiny, however the red in her wings has dulled and oddly changed to a pale lavender, most likely due to chemical changes in constantly moving against the rocks from where she lives. Her tail constantly burns blue, for she has been through a great many battles and it has not ceased to return orange and crimson.
Personality: Ashe is a wise, kind hearted and strong willed Charizard. Elegant and wise, she preffers to avoid physical conflict, however is well equiped to battle in both physical and mental terms with a high level of mastery. Ashe likes to keep her royal status back with her clan, though she can't help but have it follow her around sometimes. She is willing to go anywhere and do anything for the sake of others, and for the better of all. She has no tolerance for disloyalty or deviation. Ashe also seems to have a sixth sense for those who are of a good heart, but can't tell of those in bad spirits, for she thinks it shows of one having a poor past, and future. Ashe knows that she could disappear, but if anything was for the better, she will go to any means to make anything better.

History: Ashe was within royal blood of the nomadic Char Clan that roamed the future lands in order to find some way to make it a more livable place. They were often attacked, mostly the younger Pokemon since they hadn't enough battling experience to fend for themselves. Ashe was one of the revered Charizards, having mastered an Ember attack at a young age was remarkable. You would think mastering a more powerful attack would earn a higher pristeige, but no, only in certain circumstances. The countless attack on the clan over the years forced them to find a shelter far in the mountain range just south of Mt. Foresaken. Many of the young were injured, as were the elders and adults. those who were able to fight off attacks were kept on a cycle of shifts until they could all recover and move somewhere else again. Ashe, who took on the most shifts, learned that this was not going to happen any time soon. The majority of attacks continued, and slowly the rate of recovery began to fall, and it fell until it was no more. There were more clan members dying than recovering, and they could do little about it. Ashe knew growing up that the times for this clan were hard, but things were even worse than they were before. No longer could they seperate into smaller groups to scout for suitable areas to find a shelter in, but rather now, they were imprisoned on a small mountain ledge, and in a small cavern, where not even their tail flames could keep them warm. After almost a year, one of the old scouts from long ago returned, though was near death when he did. He spoke of something about gears, and better. Ashe wasn't sure how, or what the Charizard was talking about at the time, but his death prevented any further information. It was then she decided to find out about the gears, and see if what was assosiated with them would make life better. Ashe left in search of information, and when she found it, she returned with the news, and the consequences of what would happen. The few clan members remaining all agreed it was for the best, and so gave Ashe a small pack of rations to take with her, and the best wishes for success. She travelled long and hard, trying to find others who had the same motives as her. Even across the sea, though that escapade nearly killed her due to occaisional Gyrados attacks. What benefitted her from that is that she became more resistant to water than usual.

Other: She carries a pack with her, and can carry a few small Pokemon on her back and arms from flying young around during the clans constant travels.

I'll finish later.

Default Re: [SU] Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 - The Planet's Paralysis RP

Name: Stevie
Gender: Female
Species: Houndour
Side: Renegades
Age: 16

Description:
A gnarled scar mars her right shoulder, stretching from the shoulder blade to where the leg begins. Nasty, nasty, owie, owie.

Personality: Stevie is dark- no suprise there- and violent. She attacks first, questions later, her extreme hatred being a damper upon her senses. She is inteligent, however, her thought process is reduced to naught when faced with a fight, her only instinct being to kill. Her will is strong, she is unbelievably stubborn, and- as is the requirment for one growing up when she did- she has a very, very high pain tolerance.
Her mental state is possibly in question, the losses and torment in her life manifesting themselves when she is faced with an enemy. However, to even out her ruthless blood-call, she does indeed have *gasp!* a sense of humor, albeit sarcastic and dark. She is selfless, and willing to go to the ends of the earth for those she cares about. Though, to be honest, at the moment all those she cares about are dead and gone.

History:
Yes, another dismal, horrid history. Well...there really is nothing exceedingly special about Stevie's childhood. She was apart of a small colony of Houndour, like herself, who continued their meager survival by eating what they could find in the land. As horrible as it is, if one of their colony were to die...they'd become food. Her colony was not the normal 'survive the day' that littered the land, they were silently plotting to do...something. Stevie never quite understood their mission, at the time. The clan knew about the Time Gears, but feared that a lost cause- they turned their sights instead upon killing off the Primal Diagla Agents, and, well, we all know how that can turn out.
At this time, Stevie was just a pup, small, and insignificant. The day that the Sabeleye stormed their burrows and brutally murdered her family- she changed.
When the bloodthirsty group of Sabeleye decimated her tiny home, she fled, and somehow found herself taking shelter with a Renegade Nikorita preparing for his voyage to the past. He convinced her to join him in his journey, but he would not allow to leave at that point. He deemed her "unprepared" and it was not until 6 more years had passed that she finally fled to the past.
She knew the reason for this extensive training the second she appeared all those years ago- it was beautiful. Not at all like the desolate land that she had grown up in. It was marvelous, and her first instinct was to run, to hide, to rid herself of this trying task and take refuge in this past land of wonders. The training and preparation that she underwent, however, pulled through- and with head held high she took leg and ran through this glorious 'new' world, with one goal in mind--To preserve it. To avoid the horrible future that this planet would face, to find the time gears.
It had been 6 years since she had seen the Nikorita that had recruited her, and when she met him again she knew that he was proud of her progress. It was him who found her, she is unaware how he knew of her location, but was overjoyed to meet him once more. He informed her of the Time Gears locations, and he travelled with her for some time- Helping her grow accustomed to this land, and nudging her along in her 'field training'.
Losing him, may have stung just as maliciously as the loss of her family, and clan.
They were ambushed, and the Nikorita, being aged -though skilled- was not able to fight the Sableye off as well as he would have at one point. Stevie tried to help him, her skills in battle having burst upwards, enabling her to lay waste and taste revenge upon the Agents that attacked her, however this new bloodlust in her eye is fresh, new, and vicious. Her mission became, not only to collect the Time Gears, but to destroy Primal Dialga entirely, and to watch the destruction before she, herself, faded into nonexistence.

Default Re: [SU] Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 - The Planet's Paralysis RP

Name: Cactar
Gender: Male
Species: Cacturne
Side: Primal Dialga's Agents
Age: 16
Description: He has a lot of off-white scars, which are really tinged with green, and is about 6' tall. His unusual height gives him a larger reach than most Cacturne when using moves like Needle Arm and Pin Missle. Other than that, there isn't too much of a difference between him and other Cacturne.
Personality: He isn't as merciless as most of the rest of the Agents sent to the past, though he still does his job. He prefers to take a more neutral stance on things, so that it is less apparent that he is even from the future. He usually prefers to hunt at nighttime, when most pokemon are in their sleep. He prefers to slow enemies down slowly with the poisonous thorns that grow from his skin, using moves like Poison Sting, Spikes, and Toxic to slow down the prey. He isn't quite so sterotypically evil as mst of the Agents, even though he still does his work without question.
History: Coming from a species who have always lived in desolate places, the barren future of Primal Dialga was strangely comforting to Cactar, even though it was more barren than natural. Raised in a family of boutny hunters for Primal Dialga's purposes, he was quickly taught the value of hard work and perseverance, obtaining a high degree of skill in the combat style used solely by Cacturn and Cacnea, using a lot of variations of Needle Arm, Pin Missle, and Spikes. Since he was a Cacnea, he has constantly been under the pressure to complete a task that will officially make him part of his pack of assasin Cacturne in the Lonely Desert. Unofficially, he has accepted a partner, a Shiny Charizard known as Blaze.

(why make the history of a dark pokemon like Cacturne any darker?)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Name: Blaze
Gender: Female
Species: Charizard
Side: Primal Dialga's Agents
Age: 16
Description: The most glaring difference between Blaze and most Charizard is that she is Shiny. Since all Shiny Charizard are black, this has been thought of as an adaptation to the eternal darkness of the dark future. Other than that, she is just like any other Charizard. She wears the remains of two heat proof shackles on her wrists.
Personality: Often brutal and unforgiving, she is very vicious and primal, reacting mostly on instinct. She will only listen to reason posed by Cactar, who is one of very few people that she respects. She allows him to fly on her, though she will almost never give anyone else the opputunity. She is very proud of herself, but is very bigoted towards other pokemon, particularly other dragon types or dragon-like pokemon. She will jupm into the impossible battles head first, blasting flames regardless of who they are aimed at.
History: Of the all the species to survive through most of the ravages of the destruction of Temporal Tower, the legendary Dragon Types maintained their order the most. They still had the most traits of civilization for the most part, though by the day it was becoming more and more difficult to counteract the forces of evil sweeping through the minds of young born pokemon. Blaze was one of many of the latter, exposed to so much evil during her childhood as a Charmander, she accepted it as right, and soon portrayed a lot of traits similar to Primal Dialga, as many dragon pokemon did. The traits seemed to effect a lot of dragons. This affected her strength and brutality. As a Charmeleon, she killed seven powerful dragons, two Flygons, a Gyarados, 3 Salamence, and a Charizard. This was a true show of her power, and she evolved into a seething pool of rage of a Charizard, ready to kill anythign on sight. However, as one of the first to experience this phenomenon, she was locked away, her shackles formed out of fire proof metal, which prevented her from melting them off. However, when other Agents heard of the crazed Charizard who was powerful enough to cause other dragons to worry about their lives, they cut her out, but they couldn't remove the wrists shackles, with some remaining chains.

When the Agents wanted to assign someone as her partner, she refused threatening that anyone who becomes her partner would have to yield to her power. A young Cacturne came up and smacked her across the face with a powered up Needle Arm move. The whole crowd drew in a gasp, waiting for the powerful dragon, held on chains by two powerful Machamps, to blast the foolish grass type away with a firey Flamethrower. But she didn't. She was confused. It was the first time anyone had shown that they weren't afraid of her. They conversed for some time, and she grew to like the Cacturne, whose name was Cactar. This is their fifth mission together, so they have a lot of experience together, though they are still learning to deal with minor problems they have weith each other.

Other: She is mildly insane, and sometimes experiences bouts of schizophrenia.
