[Gen 4] Improvation of my Team? Gen 4 and 5

So.... is this a good moves for Teams in HG? Please make new moves for them.

I will need the Major HM's in there. (except Rock Smash/Flash in there, so Surf, Strength, Rock Climb, Fly, etc.)


I need moves for
Charizard (Needs fly)
Sceptile (Needs False Swipe)
Arcanine
Dragonite (Needs Electric Move a Dragon Attack, Surf and and Ice Move)
Blaziken
Swampert
Blastoise
Venusaur
Feraligatr
Meganium
Salamence
Typhlosion
Tyranitar
Garchomp
Gible
Kingdra
Metagross
Gyarados
Houndoom

Gen:5

Snyperior
3rd evo of the water starter ???
3rd evo of the fire pig starter ???
that dragon ax pokemon (fully evolved)
and 2 more that make a good team


Most of these will be used for battles but I'd like for them all to be fit for in-game.
