Psychic/Electric

Nebulond wander around in space, gathering dust and gas that passes through the hoop in the middle of their body. Nebulond harness the energy from the gas and and can release it in the form of electricity.
The blue wave at the top replaces their eyes.

A rather repulsive pokemon, the rolug resides deep within oceans and feeds on smaller marine life. The blue growths covering its body spurt poisonous splatters and can cause deadly infections.
