Here is my entry:

[Psychic]
This is a Meibor Pokemon. It is a psychic type that is usually found dormant within underwater caves. Do not be fooled by the energy flowing through the strange 'loop' in the middle of it. It can be very dangerous. If you can manage to feed it, (the face is located at the bottom) it will grant you one wish. But if you anger it, you will be zapped by psychic energy.

How do you like?

[Water]
Aqukistar floats through shallow rivers, letting it's fin stick above the surface so others know it's there.
The large mouth it possesses makes bubbles which it then uses as a source of oxygen when diving.

Also, congrats to last week's winner. (:

Buoyancorn
Buoyancorn are large Pokémon known for a hollow middle. Their internal organs are arranged in a circle in order to rescue drowning people.
Despite how helpful they are, most Buoyancorn are hostile, and either use their tail or horn to attack people they dislike.

In case you can't tell, the bottom right thing is the head.

This isn't a winner, I made it look awesome for everyone's enjoyment! I hope you all like it! :)

Staripe
[Water/???]
Staripe lives in shallow sea water. This Starfish Pokemon inhales oxygen through air that come from the ocean floor, which it stores in it's airsack and blows bubbles out of it's center at sunrise. After sunrise, Staripe floats due to the amount of air stored in it's airsack. When the bubbles are blown, Staripe sink to bottom of the shallow water to feed on rare plants which make it's stripes more vibrant. Staripe's second typing and stripe color depend on what kind of elemental Gem it is holding. Without a Gem, it's stripes are orange and it's type is Water only.

I think it looks okay XD
I can change the bluriness hopefully :P

You're not supposed to change the outline. Also, there is literally no shading. Did you just use the MS Paint default colors?
