[CONTEST] Who's That Pokemon? [Week 4! Ends 30th of October!]

Welcome to my spriting contest, "Who's That Pokemon?"!
Every week, I'll provide you with a silhouette of a Pokemon splice that I made.

All you have to do is:

• Fill in the silhouette with what you think fits there.
• Color, shade, whatever you need to make it right.
• Make a Pokedex entry of your Pokemon.

You Should Not:

• Add pixels to the outline of the sprite. You can only use what is provided.
• Use a previously existing Pokemon sprite. The silhouettes are made so that doesn't happen.

I will decide the winner. No poll or anything like that.

Only fill in the black parts! Ignore the white parts!
Like last week, if you can tell me the sprites I used to make this (In a PM!!) you will get 5 points added to your score!! Hint: There are 4 used!

I saw this on Serebii! It looked fun, but I never entered. xD

EDIT: The shape is too thin in places, an area will be completely black; for example in the far right (our right) leg. Is this part of the challenge?

Also, is it okay if I post up just the outline; no silhouette? To make it easier on other entrants?

It's Iraby! (Eye-ray-be)

PSYCHIC | FLYING

POKEDEX ENTRY:

Iraby is still young, so it protects itself in a cotton cloud. When a rainbow appears, Iraby is said to be close by. When the cloud expands, it is close to evolution, and will hibernate above the ozone layer. It is a messanger for the legendary rainbow Pokemon. As it flies, it sits upon a mystical golden table; it protects it from danger in a pinch.

Idea inspired by Iris of Greek mythology. :)

Jello, that's really awesome and all, but I was under the impression that you had to recreate the sprite as best you could. o: As in, take note of the sprites used in the fusion to do your best to mimic it. xD Am I wrong?

I thought you just had to make a fakemon. o.o If that is true then it's kind of a weird concept, as the fusion can look like anything! xD

I thought it was similar to the Serebii one; an outline/silhouette is provided and entrants make a Pokemon from it. Is that not what this is? I assumed it was, due to the scoring system and 'give it a Pokedex entry' thing.

And on that note, I realized a problem with the sprite. Hang on, I'll correct it.

Maybe I should've been more clear. You make a fakemon! You don't recreate the fusion! This creation must be 100% original! Creativity is a must for this!!
