The outlining, I mean.

And those look quite nice; such a drastic improvement from the ones you made for the previous projects. :3

And yes, I totally agree about the publicity thing. XD
I don't know why you'd mind, just felt it was more polite to ask. xD

Yeah, I've got a better idea at shading now, but I still suck at it. x3

I know that Foxmivalth is working on Piplup {I think so, anyway}, so that means we have maybe three of us working on a huge project. xD

Elecii: Oh, okay. XD Well, thanks!
And no, not necessarily. I mean, you're still improving, but you certainly don't suck. Only real problem I can see is the contrast. The contrast between colors needs to be a bit higher for these little icons. Though that's mainly assuming that you're using the light black for the outer lines and the dark gray for the internal lines. Also, remember one thing: Make sure that none of the colors, in luminescence (bright/dark value), isn't darker than the light gray color. Like...I had to really lighten up the Cyndaquil evos. ._. You can figure this out just by eyeing it, really. ^^;
I dunno, you just gotta eye it, really, I guess.

Hey Jello, I'm pretty sure you can find them at TSR, but if not, I have an entire file full of every single Pokemon icon, both frames.

Here you guys go! This could prove to be really convenient; maybe Elecii can add the link to it in her first post?

I have Totodile done, I'll edit this post with it there. And cool, more people to help out. :3

Oh, and to those of you animating icons, I think I may as well remind you:
The time "duration" between the frames of the icons should be at 17. Just a future notice.

May I reserve Zorua? I can't do it untill about the 23rd, but whatever.

I've done Giratina, but if I remember correctly, I never made a shiny, so I'll make a shiny of Giratina, too. ifnoonealreadydiditbythen

What is 'time duration' in frames per second? I animate using GIMP.

Hm. Well, I'm using GIF Animator, soo...hmm.

I guess it would be...the delay between the frames? Try setting it to 17 and see if it animates at about the same speed as it should. I'm pretty sure GIF animator's "duration" uses milliseconds...I'm pretty sure it'd have to.

Awesome. ^^

Oh, I got it off of Bulbapedia by print screening it. Couldn't find one anywhere else.

I've just been using the colours from the B/W sprites, the black is off-black, an the grey was the same as the dark grey that was already used on the icons, as I didn't bother changing it.

I'll definitely add that to the first post. ^^

I animate using Iaza.com, so I put 1/5 second, so I don;t know what you mean by 17?

Sure; reserved.

I'm sure I remember someone had done a Giratina and a shiny, but whether it was you or not I don't remember.

I suppose what I'm talking about is the delay in milliseconds. I suppose the delay between each frame would be about 17...that's how they're animated on the website here, anyhow.

Ah, I suppose it doesn't matter since all the individual frames will be posted up, anyway, so...nevermind. ^^;

And yeah, I re-discovered that the lighter gray I used was the dark gray on the icons, so...eh. I dunno what I'm trying to get at.

By the way, the link to the animated non-shiny Chikorita links to the Blastoise. XD

Argh, I need to fix Croconaw, one second.

I think I'll try a bigger Pokemon next, Tympole is tiny so it's hard to see the added detail. XD

It's probably because I couldn't be bothered to type out the coding again (even though there isn't much of it), so I copied and pasted and obvioualy something went wrong. xD

Off to fix it and add Totodile & Croconaw.

Wait a sec, I fixed Croconaw. XD
Think you could re-add it; it had...a couple of errors before.

Also, I've got Feraligatr finished.

Mind if I reserve the Treecko line?

That's fine, only takes a minute at most to add them.

That's fine; Treecko line reserved.

Awesome.

Hydreigon reserved.

Random note; I'm going to get Caterpie done before I have to go. ;3

EDIT

Got Caterpie done. It looks like an unimprovement, to be honest, but my eyes are playing up due to getting too much chlorine in them, so I don't acutally know how badly I did this time.

Caterpie
