Scrafty have 1 hella defence plus couple of bulk up and scrafty is almost invisible not to say REST when its low hp and shed skin to heal it.

Mostly to spin off Stealth rocks and spike , thunderbolt can be use on milotic and stuff. Ice beam can be use on dragon since starmie can tank 1 draco meteor from latios.
