Heracross or Scizor?

I find that Heracross is. He has a great attack and good speed, so he can get hits in quick, while scizor has some better defending. Plus I find that Heracross' type is more useful

Neither, although if I had to pick one I'd go for Heracross. In my opinion, stay with Scyther, because his Attack is high enough and he keeps his pretty ridiculously high Speed as well, with the only drawback being 4x Weakness to Rock, although it also means he's immune to Ground and only 2x Weak to Fire. His movepool is a little worse than Scizor's, but I think he's better.

Heracross is better for me!
His high Attack stats and high powered move make Heracross more invincible.
Scizzor sucks! I never like Scizzor except its design.

I think Scizor has a better design than Heracross, and its typing is better, too. I'd much rather have something with one big weakness than a few smaller ones any day. When battling, I find Scizor's stats and moves more useful, too.

Heracross. It's attack and speed are pretty good. And it's faster then that scizor.

I would say Scizor personally. It grows faster and has the ege on all but speed and sp.def. Plus it looks nicer.

I believe Scizor is/was better competitively but as I don't both with that I'd say personally Heracross has been more useful to me with playthroughs in HGSS and also the easier to get/train with (no need for a Bug-type comp followed by having to trade it back and forth for the evolution - just headbutt a few trees an Azelea!)

But for general in-game stuff both are fine choices.

Personally Herracross because of the fact that it does not evolve meaning it's stats will be higher but really it depends on what you want it for competetie they are both good but ingame i'd go with Scizor because of the part steel type and hardly anyone carries around fire types.

I'm gonna have to side with Scizor on this one. I think it looks cooler and is overall a better choice. The typing is better other than it's quad weakness to fire. I think bullet punch bug bite and other moves like that with it's ability boosting them is pretty good. Also with roost it can be a good wall.
