I see them in many signatures but is it custom drawn??

Not exactly custom drawn, most people just take existing sprites and put them together that way. You start off with a blank card first of course, then add the Pokemon and the other stuff. Here's one example: http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/foru...ad.php?t=10233
