Re: Forming a new team.
A) For future reference, don't change the text colour, it's a nightmare to read.
B) Don't tell us what your team is, tell us what your team will be. We can't tell you if a set/pokemon are going to be good or not if you only tell us two Pokemon, because the sets could be great but entirely unsuited to the team as a whole. Plan out your entire team, and tell us what the end product will be. That stops you from EV training as you go only to learn it's not going to work.
C) There's no way of checking how many EVs you have in each stat. The closest thing is getting loads of the EV reducing berries. Since they take away 10 EVs each, however many berries it takes before they stop having an effect, that multiplied by 10 is the highest amount while it can go nine lower. So seven berries would mean you had 70-61 EVs, two berries would mean 21-10, and so on. If you're really unsure, however, start again. It will take you more time growing berries to clear your pokes than it will to simply breed a new one.
D) 252HP/252Att on Metagross, his defence is already through the roof. Generalised bulk is more important for an offensive tank.
E) Earthquake over Zen Headbutt, and Thunder Punch over Magnet Rise. Psychic moves have terrible coverage, and Magnet Rise is of very little use as you waste a turn using it. If you want to avoid ground attacks, use Air Balloon for the item.
F) Ice Beam or Recover can go in the last slot on Starmie.
I'll provide a full rate when there's a full team.
