This is interesting. I think that one of the reasons they are forgotten is the fact you don't meet them often. For example, Chimecho is a very difficult Pokemon to find in the games he/she debuted in, and Shuckle's not really common in numbers. There are some I agree on, because I forgotten about them too, especially Finneon and Lumineon.

I am surprised to see that Accelgor is one of the forgotten ones, because I thought that ninja-based Pokemon are not that hard to forget. Ah well. Stunfisk's appearance is also an odd one, considering how that fish is often teased by fans for looking too out of the norm.

First gen - It's odd that Marowak's forgotten the most often considering it has its own little story in the original games.

Second gen - Agree with Qwilfish. That's probably my most forgotten Pokemon.

Third gen - Corphish? Really? Ash only showed one off for a whole generation... haha. Maybe these people don't watch the anime. Chimecho was also featured in the anime a lot more than other Pokemon. Kinda odd results.

Fourth gen - Agree except for Chatot! But Chatot's my favourite fourth gen Pokemon so I'd obviously pay a lot more attention to it than other people. xD

Fifth gen - Hardly come across any of those Pokemon yet... ahh spoilers :P

Overall, I find these results pretty surprising! Especially for the earlier gens.

My first truly EV trained Pokemon was a Kabutops. His name is Shigoth :D



I can see why Corsola is forgotten. Honestly, I don't really care much for a lot of pokemon. Chatot is cool but lacks a decent movepool (and the microphone doesn't work with Chatter >.<), Stunfisk gives me nightmares, and...Well, yeah. Sorry folks ^^'

Gen I: Kinger is my favorite Pokemon of all time along with Mightyena, so STFU.
Psh, Marowak is the Pokemon-Bat Man, so STFU.
I kinda get the other thee, but I made a whole team around Exeggutor (which is fun since you can't get him until late-ish in the game xD), so STFU.

Gen II: Whoever answered Qwilfish and Shukle clearly doesn't battle competitively! xD
I get the others :L Though, Corsola is a decent lead in NU with SR + Toxic :P

Gen III: Agree with, 100%

Gen IV: Agree with other than Lumineon >:T I love that thing ♥

Gen V: Can you REALLY forget a Pokemon for a game that came out less than a month ago? :P (Assuming that they interviewed USA/UK pplz, since it's an American based site :P)
