I just feel that the sprite is too cluttered, and that the Charizard wings don't go well with the sprite; they're too big. Because they're at a different angle, the shading needs to be changed too. I reccomend erasing the wings and scratching smaller, Charizard-like wings on an appropriate place on its body. :)

Personally I think this drawing needs some color, I don't think the black and white works for it. I wouldn't be able to tell those were grapes if you hadn't mentioned it in the title. The outline is also a bit dull. It's drawn well, but could use the color shading or some sharpening to make it look complete. :) But maybe that's just me.
