I think the Red Sox will run away with the division this year. With the additions of A-gon and Crawford, they have some big power in their lineup. As long as Beckett stays healthy, they'll have a nice #2 starter.
As with the Yankees, their bullpen seems really weak this year. Mariana and Jeter have very few numbered years as well.

The Tigers will destroy everyone until the All Star break. They'll then manage to miss the playoffs yet again.

Rough opener for Minnesota, and especially for Nishioka. I don't know why Kubel is still in the lineup after an absolutely dreadful final two months last season.

While I think the Twins will maintain a winning record this year, I don't think they'll win the Central again; it's just not their year.

Yea, Pavano looked really bad. He'll probably get hot later in the year.
I got the Tigers for the Central though.

Jays are a perfect 2-0 (enjoying it while it lasts lol, considering they're down 4-2 right now).

Bautista is a beast though.

Excellent showing tonight from the Bronx. Brian Duensing (who doesn't get nearly enough credit for last year's Central title) had a rough start, but kept his cool and kept the Twins in the game so that they could make a comeback. Joe Nathan looked well.

I'm pumped for tomorrow; Pavano returns to Yankee Stadium again. I wasn't expecting the Twins to even win one game in this series because NY just has our number, but we could actually win it!

Nationals bullpen is horseshit. literally. we can't keep a lead or even hold them to 1-2 runs in at least 2-3 innings.

Another excellent, excellent start from Duensing. He allowed three runs, but that's just from the variance of baseball, a lot of bad hops off ground balls and stuff. 'Twas an awesome game, starting off with a solid pitching duel between the aforementioned Duensing and Jeff Francis, who painted the corners all game and was a great pickup for KC (17 game winner a few years back for the Rockies), and ending in a walk-off single from Danny Valencia.

Sorry to hear about Zimmerman, Ron.

Thanks karma.
Our offense has actually been ok without Zimmerman in the lineup. Morse is out till Thursday so thats a little bit of a pain, but Cora and Hairston have been stepping up. We nearly came back from 3 runs in the bottom of the 9th against Halladay tonight, but we came 1 base hit short of tieing it. Pretty impressed though thus far by the Nats.
