It's not bad from the little bit I can see. In order to know enough to rate it, moves would be required at the very least. If I had to pick a complaint I would say that you should lose Arcanine or Charizard. It seems pointless to have two fire types. I recommend something like Vileplume or Victreebel instead.

Its alright but, your starter should be the highest being in charizard and you give your lapras some levels to he falling behind.
