Gundur's body is full of steroids, his power and strength can't be doubted anymore. By looking at his muscles, females are sure to be attracted and they fall in love with him, while the other males are jealous of his body appearance.
Type: Fighting | BP: - | Accuracy: 100
Classification: Status
Energy Modifier: 10
Effect: The steroid monster shows off his muscle and strength to the enemy. This following effects active for the rest of the battle and stop when user's HP is 30 or less:
• If the target is a female, target falls in love with user (target = IFT for 6 actions with the following chance not to do anything: 50% - 50% - 25% - 15% - 10% 5%).
• If the target is male, target is jealous and Taunted to attack recklessly (ATK +2, ACC -2). Roll 1-3 and add 2 to the roll. The result is X. For X actions, including the current action, attempts by target to perform actions that do not deal damage will fail.
Usage Gap: Once per Round as long as user still has 30 HP or more. Fails if user's HP is below 30.

That was kind of supposed to be the description. That it is a weaker version of hyper beam and without the rest cost. I can adjust the energy modifier. But as far as why no one else can use it is because we trained using hyper beam and discovered the new energy with fighting type strength to it.

Include it in the description of the attack. And really, don't draw comparisons to Hyper Beam if the only thing they really have in common is being a beam attack. That's just silly. That aside, while Blaziken does learn Hyper Beam it's a mouth beam attack, as it is with most Pokemon that learn it. A Lucario I might believe being able to use this, but overall it just doesn't work for me as a Blaziken's sig.

Ability: Flame Body
Sig Move: Vulcan Ash

Volcarona is a moth born from lava in a volcano. She can make a kind of sandstorm that bring the materials of eruption by flapping her wings fast. The volcanic ash and magma dust that cover her body are spread and blown together with the raging wind.
Type: Fire | BP: - | Accuracy: 100
Impact: Entire Field
Classification: Weather
Energy Modifier: 7
Effect: Volcarona creates a wind that bring volcanic ash from the eruption of a volcano. Fire on all Pokemon's body is raging and becomes stronger. Damage from Fire-type moves is multiplied by 1.3, burn (BRN) status inflicts extra 1 HP damage and extra -1 ATK to the target.
Usage Gap: Once per two rounds.

When she flies high in the sky, she gets an idea. She flaps her wings roughly and makes a shower of her wings down. That's a good way to use the attack.

Impact: Single Target
Classification: Physical
Energy Modifier: 3
Effect: If user is not up high in the sky (Fly is not in effect), this move fails. Roll 2-5, this attack hits as many times as the result. Each hit is calculated separately. Has high critical hit rate.

Finally got it. Reading that over though I really don't like that short of a Usage Gap :x

Same issue, usage gap is too short for my tastes with the high critical ratio.

Now that's an interesting move. I would like it, however, if there were a bit more description on exactly how the move played out, just so the ref wouldn't be flying blind when trying to describe it.

Conkeldurr's body is full of steroids, his power and strength can't be doubted anymore. By looking at his muscles, females are sure to be attracted and they fall in love with him, while the other males are jealous of his body appearance.

Effect: The steroid monster shows off his muscle and strength to the enemy. This following effects active:
• If the target is a female, target falls in love with user (target = IFT for 6 actions with the following chance not to do anything: 50% - 50% - 25% - 20% - 15% 10%).
• If the target is male, target is jealous and Taunted to attack recklessly (ATK +2, ACC -2). Roll 1-3 and add 2 to the roll. The result is X. For X actions, including the current action, attempts by target to perform actions that do not deal damage will fail.
Usage Gap: Once per Pokemon or until either the impacted Pokemon or Conkeldurr is switched.



Honchkrow ()
Ability: Super Luck
Sig Move: Razor Feather

Honchkrow's body looks smooth but the smooth feathers' edge are sharp and rough. Honchkrow wonders how to use those sharp feathers to damage the target. It's impossible that she slashes the target using a single feather.

When she flies high in the sky, she gets an idea. She flaps her wings roughly and makes a shower of her wings down. That's a good way to use the attack.

Impact: Single Target
Classification: Physical
Energy Modifier: 3
Effect: If user is not up high in the sky (Fly is not in effect), this move fails. Roll 2-5, this attack hits as many times as the result. Each hit is calculated separately. Has high critical hit rate.
Usage Gap: Once per 2 rounds as long as user is using Fly.

I made this since Smeargle can have different inks and I thought an overload of it,could influenced on its moves.Since it's RNG controlled it can be a nuisance too,like becoming a Steel Type against a Fire one.

The flames of a Charmander and evolutions yet to come always burn brighter when fierce battles have been faced. Ashe was one such Pokemon who would face her own opponents who had a type advantage over her. Over and over again, until the peak of her power was reached and skill of her fire attacks hit high. Once her Blaze ability activated, she took it one step further, unleashing even more power against her opponents in a literal blaze of glory. Water type's steamed, rock types melted under the intense heat and so on and so forth. However Ashe would go without taking some of her own recoil damage every time a fire attack was used due to the intensity. This was always a do or die tactic.

Energy Modifier: 15%
Effects:
-All Fire attacks used that cause 'not very effective' damage become 'normal damage'. 'Normal damage' becomes Super Effective. Super Effective damage as they were.
-All fire attacks used cause 3% recoil damage to remaining health. (Should 2 Fire attacks be used in one round means -7% health for each fire attack in total) This is added to the recoil value if the fire type attack already does recoil damage (Eg. Flare Blitz)
-All fire attacks have a chance of burning if they did not have it previously before.
-Flash Fire Ability is bypassed, however, 2% more recoil damage occurs as a result.
-Flash Fire bypass does normal damage to opponent.
-Can only use when the 'Blaze' ability activates after being commanded to.
-Lasts 3 Rounds and if Asharas is by some whim of a miracle still standing by the end of it, ALL her stats drop by 3 levels. [Including Evasion]
