Usage Gap: Once per Battle.

We still use it as an example. And I still want it on my darling Darkness.

Speaking of which, I might also look into investing in getting my Dragon-Dancing Chomp back...
Well broski, seeing as how we use it as our own example it would be kind of hypocritical *not* to approve it.

Layola the Liligant [F]
Ability: Own Tempo
Signature Move: Gypsy Dance
Description: Layola was always some sort of dancer, using her sweet scenting flower to allure targets so they would dance with her. This isn't a romantic tango however; this was a skillfull close quarters fight. By using her lovely scented flower on her head, Layola entices her opponent, gender does not matter, and moves in close to begin the 'dance', Layola leading the dance so that she is aware of what is going on while up close and personal with her opponent. For the next few actions, both Pokemon are restricted to using physical attacks, and Layola may be able to, instead of using a commanded action, completely dodge the attack her opponent is trying to hit her with. However if another Pokemon that Layola isn't dancing with tries to cut in, she'll be forced to withdraw from the dance, and effects immediately stop.
Type: Grass
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: 100%
Classification: Status
Energy Modifier: 5
Effects:
-Causes a 'Follow Me' effect on Layola and target. Layola must attack her target for the next four actions, target must attack Layola for the next four actions.
-Only physical moves may be used by both Layola and target when using attacking moves. Double Team may not be used by either Pokemon while under this effect.
-Layola has a 15% chance of avoiding an attack completely instead of using an action she was given. Energy used to make a complete dodge is equal the the energy needed for the opponent to make the attack that she is dodging.
-Effect ends if under PAR/CONF/SLEEP status and can't be used while under any of these status effects.
-In Double/Triple/Multi battles, if Layola is hit by an attack from a Pokemon other than the one affected by this move, the effect immediately ends.
-All multiple target damaging attacks used by both sides fail if in a Double/Triple/Multi battle. Exception being moves such as Surf or Earthquake that hit everyone but the user.
Usage Gap: Two round recharge after use.

Cayci is burned round 2
Cayci recovers from burn in round three

That better for you to read?
Much, much better. It's a good idea, and I approve it. I think that makes two of us now, so feel free to use it.

I also see nothing wrong with your move for the Liligant, so I approve that also. 1/2.

@ Dino.

Approved.

Solrock absorbs sunlight to make itself red and covered with hot flame. The heat from itself becomes more intense as it produces fire from its own body. Grasses and little creatures around it may die at once. It is now another sun with 3500˚F temperature (a quarter of sun's surface temperature)!

Because I love grammar and spelling so, I took no issue with correcting it in the paragraph you wrote in the quote above. I hope you don't mind. It's not me trying to point out the bad grammar, it's just me being all OCD.

The back-story is good now though; approved. That's 2 out of 2, so feel free to use it.

Vio-Nai the Hydriegon [F]
Ability: Levitate
Signature Move: Triple Driver
Description: Vio-Nai was always perceptive and skillful in finding ways to utilize her three heads. Favoring special attacks, she discovered two ways of doing this. One way was to combine all her breath attacks into one powerful stream, making attacks like Flamethrower and Dragon pulse much more powerful at the cost of a bit more energy. In single combat this worked out well, however she found another use for it in multiple opponent combat. Rather than directing all of her heads into one powerful stream, she used her heads to attack more than one opponent at once, using up a bit more energy so she wouldn’t lose too much power. Finding that hitting and wearing down multiple opponents at once brought her success in battles. However, she could only keep it up until she had so much energy left, but she found it worth the effort. Really, three heads were better than two.
Type: Dragon
Base Power: N/A
Accuracy: 100
Classification: Status
Energy Modifier: Additional 3 energy for each special attack action used
Effects:
Converge: [Concentrated attacks]
Attacks BP increases by 50%
Accuracy of attacks lowered by 5%

Diverge: [Split attacks]
All Special attacks used are treated as multi targeting attacks, such Rock Slide when attacks are used under this condition.
BP of attack is at 75%
Center position of Triple battles, can hit all three opponents. BP of attacks are reduced to 60%
Can hit up to 2 Double team clones at once. Main head watches for the real Opponent and does not attack.

Universal effects:
All special attacks use an additional 3% energy when attacks have an additional [Converge] or [Diverge] tag added to them. Tri-Attack is exception to this rule and does not apply to this effect.
Effects cease when at 20% energy. Cannot use if under 20% energy. Cannot use while Confused or Infatuated.
Usage Gap: Every other action
Note:This isn’t as much of a move as it is an added effect. These affects apply when actions are given in the following format:
Flamethrower [Converge] or Dragon Pulse [Diverge]

Munchlax ()
Ability: Thick Fat
Sig Move: Weight Smack
Spoiler:
Munchlax loves to eat. Who doesn't know that. Munchlax picks up berries and puts them on his pocket under the skirt-like fur. Munchlax has eaten many kinds of berry.

He once travelled to Iron Island and saw many iron balls on a tree. He wondered if they are fruit. He tried to pick one and tasted it. It's hard, sweet, a little sour, and made the tongue cool. Munchlax loved this kind of berry. But the more he ate, the heavier he got, but he didn't care. He brought so many of them home and planted them. Now, he has his own Weight Berry Tree.
Type: Normal | BP: 70 | Accuracy: 90
Classification: Physical
Energy Modifier: 4 during activation, 2 at the beginning of a new round (not turn), and 2 when the move is released.
Effects: Munchlax eats Weight Berries every turn (not round). Each berry he consumes increases his weight by 800. So in one round, his weight increases by 1600. Munchlax can't use any other moves during eating. When Munchlax stops eating and releases this effect, Munchlax smacks the enemy and slams himself to the enemy. Dealing Damage = BP + (Munchlax's Weight when the move is released)/100. By slamming himself when he is so full makes the berries he consumed thrown out and resets its weight. Player chooses when to release the move.
Usage Gap: Once per Round.

Signature Move: Beloved Wings of Heaven-Sanctus Alas
Type: Flying | BP: N/A | Accuracy: N/A | Classification: Status | Energy Modifier: 10+2 per action
Description:In times past, Dragonite was the undisputed ruler of the skies. Their gorgeous wings and fearsome power were virtually uncontested. They commanded all that existed in the stratosphere, and were capable of even breaching the skies and skimming along the stars themselves, a feat that only Rayquaza itself could match. Alas, time has a way of breaking down the world's greatest accomplishments, and in the modern day no Dragonite has even near the dominance of the sky that it once did... until now.

Ciela, due to the intense spiritual training undertaken by the Omega Squadron of Lord Fedora, has tapped into the overwhelming energy that once made her ancestors great: spirit energy. The very essence of life itself, channeled through the wings. When utilizing this technique, Ciela's wings turn a brilliant glowing white, and grow twice as large and half again as long. They become stronger, lighter, and quicker, and are laden with pure, natural power.

Effects: Ciela loses 2 energy for every action taken while this mode is active. While it is active, Ciela's speed is increased by two. All flying type attacks gain 1.3x base power. This mode will automatically end when Ciela's energy falls below 25. This mode can be deactivated at any time.
Usage Gap: Once per battle.

Rhyhorn ()
Ability: Rock Head
Sig Move: Ravage
Spoiler:
Rhyhorn realises his power is really strong and can crush anything easily. Each time he falls down, the ground shakes for a short period of time. That makes him curious about what is under the ground that causes shakes when he falls. Rhyhorn know Earthquake will not answer his question. In that case, Rhyhorn wants to bring everything under the ground to the surface. He tries to slam the ground. He tries again and again. And finally he decides to jump and slam his feet to the ground brutally, and it causes destruction to the ground and produces a shock to the ground. Waves of earth spikes are created to ring the him in all directions. Rhyhorn still doesn't see anything but rock and soil. After he know how to Dig, he tries to dig the ground and finds nothing under the ground except another ground. He gives up at it. But he know knows how to create waves of earth spike.
