So yeah, Pokemon Online now supports Second Generation play, so I thought it would be fun to try out..

PE2K's First Gold/Silver/Crystal Tournament!

So yeah, the rules:
Species Clause: No more than one of any Pokemon per team.
Sleep Clause: You may not induce sleep on more than one of your opponent's Pokemon at a time. Self-induced sleep via Rest does not count towards that.
Evasion Clause: Moves that raise the user's evasion are banned.
OHKO Clause: Moves that instantly knock out your opponent's Pokemon are banned.
No Ubers: No Pokemon in the Uber tier can be used. Luckily it's a short list for Second Generation play: Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-oh and Celebi.

Ah ok, I wasn't aware of any other mediums for playing second gen.
Anyways, added. I assume your PO username is Paperfairy too?

1) netbattle and GSbot both predate PO by... about a decade. or so.
2) i've only used PO once, but I assume it is indeed paperfairy... we'll see.
