For purposes of the RP, I'm taking leadership of the Rockets and the Freelancers.

Name: Rory Mandrake

Gender: Male

Age: 29

Affiliation: Team Rocket

Powers: Elementalist (Fire)

Rory is a cunning looking fella, at least thats what most think at a first glance. However, if one ever gets the chance to look closer, they will see an insane glint in his eye, one thats is frightening to behold. His mouth is always smirking upwards, even when bad news is reported to him. If he develops a full on grin, then you should be worried. His sky blue hair is spiked mainly upwards, with a few strands that fall onto his face. The marks around his eyes are tattooes that he had marked on himself years ago.

His suit is sharp and cutting-edge. Full black silk with a purple shirt underneath and a dark navy blue tie that has a small red 'R' on it, indicating his alliance. His black smooth silk trousers are boot cut, and the black leather shoes are polished to perfection. He looks every part the buisnessman, which can be decieving to others as they think he comes across a reasonable man. This is wrong however, he just has OCD on looking clean and smart.

History:

Rory's history is known only to few, and the few that he has trusted in are horrified by what they have heard. He speaks about it very often, and never makes any comments about it, only looking towards the future of the Rockets. He believes that if one looks at the past, all they will find is pain.

Personality:

Rory has two real personalities. The first is the leader, the backbone and the brains of the Rocket organisation. This Rory is intellegent, resourceful and very untrusting of people in his army. There are thoughts constantly going through his head, and these are usually battle plans, organising teams to scout, resource teams and many other ideas. His brain is constantly busy with activity, and his high intellect is just another of his deadly abilities. Trust wise, he has very few he would call a 'friend'. He believes that people are just tools to be used for the greater goods own needs, and as such relays important information to those that he knows will get the job done. Failure is not an option in his eyes. If you fail, he will have you killed - end of story. He his harsh and swift with his judgement and believes that a weak link must be removed, for the good of the organisation. Kindness and compassion are not part of his vocabulary, and while he can be understanding of problems, he would need an excellent reason to understand.

The other side or Rory, is his crazed psychotic side. Its almost like a split personality, as the side constantly talks to him in his head, spurring on his ideas and offering more ways of manic destruction. Its similar to the Shadow of the residents from the parrlell universe, but lacks the power that side can gain. Instead, it whispers constantly to him, and when he merges with it, the intellegence combined with the instablity of his crazed side makes a very dangerous foe indeed. The crazed Rory wishes nothing more than to see the world burn to a crisp with his immense power. It would use his power to burn the freelancers to a cinder, whereas the sane Rory would want to convert them to the Rocket cause. Rory has some reign over his crazed side, and tries to keep it in check, but ultimately in some situations it he lets in loose. When this happens, Rory has no care who he kills, Rocket, Freelancer or pokemon alike.

Pokemon team:

Rory has travelled far and wide to form his team, and they are the only real living creatures he trusts and treats with some kindness

Nidoking - Duke

Rory caught Duke when he was a just a Nidoran, and it was his first pokemon throughout the years they have trained and spent all their time together. Duke trusts Rory with his life, and would never leave him, despite the insane side to him.

Toxicroak - Cypher

Rory found Cypher being tortured by his preivous owner for losing a single battle. Enraged by this, as Cypher was perhaps the most powerful Toxicroak he had ever seen Rory murdered the trainer, burning him to ashes. Cypher joined Rory, serving him without question and following his orders to the syllabl, as he swore that day to repay his life debt.

Zangoose - Gyro

Gyro is a tough and battle hardned Zangoose, and before he joined with Rory he was trainerless. He searched the wilds looking for a worthy trainer to call his own, and found Rory. He knew instantly he was a tough opponant, but after a long and hard battle, where Gyro took on Cypher and Duke at the same time, he was finally beaten, and his search was over. He chose to join Rory, and allow him to utalize his power.

Mawile - Tinker

Tinker is perhaps one of the most rebelious and disconcering pokemon Rory has ever met, when he found her beating up some Primeape, despite the type weakness he was amazed and decided to capture her, however, she eluded capture for days on end, which impressed Rory to no end, and made him work harder to capture her. After a week of hunting her down she appeared before him, impressed with his determination and allowed herself to join him. She is one of his deadliest pokemon, and her size should not fool her opponants. Fast, agile and with an arsenel of powerful attacks which she can utalized and syncronise with other pokemon she can easily take down pokemon and humans far stronger than herself, despite any potential type differences.

Frosslass - Shiva

Shiva was a gift to Rory when he became the leader of the Rockets. She had been captured by an admin, after a snowstorm had ravaged the base for several weeks. Perhaps the most unwilling pokemon in his team, she serves him only because she fears his power of fire, and knows only pain will follow if she disobeys him.

Luxray - Spark

Spark was originally Rory's fathers first pokemon, and the lifelong companion of him. When Rorys father died, in an incident only Rory and Spark know about because neither speak of it, Spark decided to stay within the family, and pledged himself to aid Rory in his quest for peace, through any means. A hardened and experienced battle veteran, and a capable and loyal fighter.

Other: Rory carries several blades inside his jacket, but mainly relise on his immense power of fire. He has trained so hard to master this power that he has become the most powerful fire weilder in the Rocket organisation, and perhaps even the Freelancers.

Ashley has dark brown perfectly straight hair that goes down her back halfway. She has choppy layered bangs in the front which she parts to the left. She has light olive colored skin, with no flaws at all. Ashley's eyes are a very dark brown with a few black thin lines going through them like lightening bolts. Once you look into her eyes, you can't take your eyes away from hers'. Ashley stands at 5'3 and weighs about 115 pounds, having a slender body. She has straight white teeth, which gives her a really pretty smile. People always say that she has to be one of the prettiest teenage girls they had ever met. Ashley also wears a beautiful silver necklace with an iron setting, the blue sapphire crystal attached to it. On her right wrist she wears a silver chained bracelet with a blue key that dangles on the bottom of her right wrist.

History: Ashley had pretty much a normal childhood. She never knew who her real parents were because they had died in a plane crash when she was only a baby. All these years she had no idea that she was adopted, until one night when she was fourteen her adoptive parents had told her. Since Ashley always thought that they were her real parents, she didn't look at them differently. Not too long after her fifteenth birthday, her parents had died from an car crash. The car drove off the bridge and crashed into the lake. Ashley was in the back seat and her parents were in the front. The only thing she remembers is that she was sinking down in the water, passed out, then waking up in the hospital. The doctors said that it was a miracle that Ashley had survived. Her mother's younger sister, Jenna, moved into Ashley's house and took care of her, along with Ashley's twin brother Jeremy.

When Ashley was sixteen, she started getting these weird nightmares. After she had spoken about her dreams to her aunt, she said that they could be caused by the death of Ashley's parents. It made sense to Ashley so she stuck to that conclusion. On Ashley and Jeremy's seventeenth birthday, the two of them had received a crystal that belonged to their biological parent's family that has been passed down for many years. Their adoptive parents were saving the crystals until the two teens were older and responsible. As for the jewelery their parents had been saving, Ashley's was a beautiful silver necklace with an iron setting, the blue sapphire crystal attached to it.

Personality: Ashley is kind-hearted, very spirited and energetic girl, which sometimes clashes with the more stoic group members. She looks up to her aunt as a role model, looking up to her whenever she needs advice. Ashley can act child-like and playful in many ways when the moment is necessary. She tries to maintain a positive outlook and often refers to gloomy or annoying people as "boring people". Her cheerful outlook often makes a stark contrast, however, when she is sad or upset and despite her outwardly happy exterior, she seems to carry some insecurities, particularly when it comes to her own future.

These insecurities sometimes cause her to act jealously towards those that know their path or have obtained what they want out of life. When voicing these worries to her aunt, she is reassured that her own adventure would arrive one day. When Ashley has to be serious though, she puts her child-like personality far back behind her and is ready for a fight. Once you get her mad, she lashes out like an uncontrolled tornado. Ashley is the kind of person that no one should mess with, because she will continue to fight until she wins. Even though with all the nightmares Ashley has been having, she tries her best to maintain her sweet and hopeful personality.

Personality: Jeremy is pretty much the ladies man. His good looks always seem to get him into trouble of some sort with girls. Jeremy can be pretty cocky at times and tends to get on people's nerves. His number one priority though is to keep an eye on his sister Ashley and protect her from any harm that should ever come her way. He would die for Ashley if he had to. A lot of the times when Ashley meets a boy and if Jeremy doesn't like him, then he will pretty much scare off the boy, which doesn't mind Ashley that much because she's always a magnet for scumbags. People don't want to mess with Jeremy because once you get him mad, all hell will break loose. If you're on his good side though, then he can be a fun loving guy who likes to joke a lot.

Jeremy can have quite a few different personalities towards different people though. If you catch Jeremy's bad side, he can come across as being quite arrogant at times. He is said to possess sociopathic tendencies, being absolutely charming one minute and extremely dangerous the next, showing no remorse for hurting people who have done something to make him mad. Jeremy enjoys toying with people and causing grief to those around him who he thinks deserve it. If you're on his good side though, Jeremy appears to be a little distant towards some people, though generally polite. He does his best to control his emotions most of the time. His sister, Ashley, is able to stir him to rage quite easily though if she wanted to, but she isn't that kind of person. People just have to be careful to not get on his bad side. If they stay on his good side, then everything will be peaceful.

Sasha looks more like a ninja than anything else, the black silk garments she wears are to increase her speed and agility, and allow her much more movement. She has her hair braided with white cloth that extend for almost two metres by her sides. Funnily enough she can use these as weapon if she can whip them round fast enough. She has black arm sleeves that reach down to her finger tips, and underneath these are thin titanium plates to deflect any weapon attacks. Strong enough to stop her taking damage, but light enough to allow her to keep her speed up. At night time, she wears a black silk headpiece, similar to a sari that helps her to blend into the night.

Her face usually has a determined look upon it, but that does not mean she is unnaproachable. She smiles often, and can usually be seen boosting morale with her charming smile. She also wears a steel buckle around her right arm, which is plated with a gold pattern. This extends into a single claw that slides over her middle finger, and she uses it in hand to hand combat. She also has a short katana that is sheathed on her back, which she weilds in her left hand.

History:

Sasha has very little history, or history that she can remember. She has vaugh recollections of some form of insititute, before the war happened. Aside from that she only remembers waking up at the start of a war, and taking control, her battle skills and reflexes kicking in to take the initiative. She formed the Freelancers, and recruited many from around the world to stop the oppression of the Rockets.

Personality:

Sasha comes across quite serious and focused most of the time, almost to the point of dismissiveness of her team. This only happens because she is so determined to win this war, and is in actual fact a warm and welcoming person. During the lapses when she is not drawing up battle plans or tactics, Sasha can be seen socializing, and ensuring her team is fine and well. She gets on well with most people, and trusts many, believing that nobody should be kept in the dark about what is happening. Its because of this openness that people trust her in return, and look to her prowress in battle and leadership skills. She takes command, and demands obidience from her followers, down to the letter.

She is headstrong and hotheaded, and will not back down in an argument or debate if she believes she is right. She will however, admit if she is wrong or there is a mistake in her plans, and listens to others to rectify it. She is smart and resourceful, but has been known to make mistakes in the past. Working with her team of admins and trusted followers, she utalizes all of thier abilities to formulate battle plans that will outsmart the Rockets. She has a burning hatres for Rory, as she believes that all he is out to achive is world destruction. They have never met in battle, only across the tables in negotiations, but she has decided that there has been too much talk, and that its take for action to be taken.

Pokemon team: (Maximum of six.)

Sasha's team represents her agility and speed, and as such she prefers fast pokemon that can adapt easily to situations.

Staraptor - Soar

Soar was Sasha's first pokemon she every caught, back when she started out. He was a mere Starly then, and she has been with him ever since. He is very loyal, and will lay his life on the line for Sasha and her other pokemon.

Hitmonlee - Striker

Striker is Sasha's training partner. They train together to hone thier combat skills, and to mentally train themselves. She met Striker when she entered a fighting competition before the war. He was so impressed with her skills and determination that he requested to join her after she had won the tournament. Hes hot-headed, just like his master, and fights fiercly in battle, never backing down until he is knocked out.

Gallade - Gene

Gene was rescued by Sasha when she encountered him trapped in the mountains beneath a rock. He was being pummled into submission by several Machop, and he could do nothing to stop them. When Sasha saw off the Machop, Gene swore that he would join her and server her for the rest of his life. His powerful psychanetic abilities, paired with his speed and fighting prowress make him a frightening opponant.

Gengar - Spook

Spook was a wandering pokemon who got kicks out of scaring and playing tricks on others. When he met Sasha, he tried to scare her away by making several illusions. She was unflinching, saying that she had no fear in this world whatsoever, and there was nothing Spook could do to scare her. Amazed and intrigued, Spook asked to join Sasha and travel with her, to see more to life than just scaring people. In battle, he utalizes this to put his opponants off.

Golduck - Beak

Beak has been with Sasha as long as she can remember, however neither of them can remember how they met as Beak also suffers from the amnesia. Still, they both know they were friends beforehand, and that friendship continues onwards. Beak knows he can trust Sasha, and does everything he can to aid her.

Scizor - Blade

Blade is the most recent edition to the team, but perhaps one of the most valuable. Being one of the fastest offensive pokemon there is, Blade met Sasha after the war started. When he realised who she was, he pledged himself to her so they could fight for peace together. Blade spends a lot of his time showing Sasha how she can improve her acrobatics in the air to aid her hand to hand combat. The pair have become great friends since.

Other: The claw on her right hand is impregnated in a paralysing venom. When she strikes a target, it numbs that part of the body and slows it down, but the pain is still there. This poisen is also a lethal toxin, and too many strikes from it will eventually begin to kill the target.

Sasha is well versed in hand-to-hand combat, as she has trained in many different martial arts for many years. As a result shes very agile, very acrobatic and very strong. She utalizes her powers of air to increase her speed, agility and dexterity to heights beyond normal human abilities. When combining her martial art skills, her Air powers and her pokemons speed she becomes a deadly and nigh-on unstoppable assasin.

Gordon is, quite possibly, a freak of nature. He stands at an intimidating height, at 190 centimeters. His body is probably much more intimidating, however. His broad shoulders, muscular figure, and ominous face all inspire fear from his inferiors and some of his superiors as well. His large, scarred hands are strong enough to crush a man's skull, and his kicks can instantly knock a person unconscious with a single blow- providing, of course, that the stated person is not an Elementalist. He is remarkably agile for a man his size, as well as his unrelenting stamina. His hair is dark brown, and his eyes are pitch-black. His face is usually emotionless save for a couple of passionate rages.

Gordon wears a long, leathery coat on non-business outings to hide his impressive frame, along with tight, weathered gloves that would be two sizes too big for most men and shoes that would attract no attention, contrary to himself. His choice of clothes for usual missions involves either black or brown clothing that blend in with the other Rocket members. Mostly, his wardrobe consists of only shady or athletic clothing.

Gordon, like most Rocket leaders, have hidden backgrounds. For his case, however, they are not simply hidden; they are nonexistent. Rumor has it that he personally removed documents concerning his background, and then used drugs to wipe out his memory about the past. That does not mean he has no knowledge of who he is, though. He kept his memories that occurred after joining Team Rocket, and he knows his beliefs and ideals.

He was motivated only for the idea of creating a truly 'fair' world- one where the strong would rule the weak, and believes this as the true 'justice'. Because of this ideal, he genuinely respects the stronger Freelancers, and believes that it is his duty to recruit those with strength to his cause. His values has led to his code of honor; as a result, he does not assassinate or backstab, not even his enemies, and will try to recruit his foes that he deems strong enough to earn his respect before fighting them. Team Rocket disapproves of these, but his skills are too much of a boon to them to dispose of him now.

His personality is more aloof than anyone you will ever meet. His inferiors are treated with respect, but his brutal treatment of traitors, thieves (that steal from allies), and cowards are enough to earn their fear. Some foolish newbies try to make fun of him by calling him 'meathead'; sadly, insults are not taken too lightly with Gordon, and his co-grunts consider the newbie dead after the third insult. No one has yet to open up to talking on a non-formal basis; his speech revolves around commands and orders.

His physical prowess causes his opponents to underestimate his strategic skills. Although he is mainly a fighter, he has a complete understanding of the environment around him, and will use them to his advantage. He may not be a full-scale planner, but short-term strategy is his forte and usually brings quick victories. His physical strength is boosted further by his mind, and so does the use of his Element. He does not see fit to bring his power out unless required. If he starts using his Element, you've earned his respect, but you will also probably die quite soon. His Elemental attacks revolve around supporting his powers and making his attacks even more deadly, such as using the ground to trap the foe, or making his fist as hard as steel.

He may not be a full-scale planner, but short-term strategy is his forte and usually brings quick victories. His physical strength is boosted further by his mind, and so does the use of his Element. He does not see fit to bring his power out unless required. If he starts using his Element, you've earned his respect, but you will also probably die quite soon. His Elemental attacks revolve around supporting his powers and making his attacks even more deadly, such as using the ground to trap the foe, or making his fist as hard as steel.

The pictures for my characters are from the anime Bleach. Rory is based off Grimmjow Jaegerjacks, the 6th Espada and Sasha is based of Soifon, the 2nd Division Captain. I justy googled their names and browsed through the images.

The images for the pokemon are from Bulbapedia.
