Considering all generations, Mewtwo was INVINCIBLE back in RBY. And he's also a trillion times cooler and was a playable character in Smash Bros. Melee while Rayquaza was a boss in Brawl. Sorry, Rayquaza, but our 2-meter-tall humanshaped kittycat is my choice.
(Btw, I'm highly tendentious to choose Kanto/Johto Pokémon) (AND Freeza is cooler than Shen-Long)
