Type Of Set: Defense
Pokemon: Gardevoir
Item: Quick Claw
Ability: Trace
Moves
Move 1:Psychic
Move 2:Reflect
Move 3:Light Screen
Move 4:Safeguard

In general a terrible (in my opinion) offensive set, but rather good defense, weakening both attack and sp.attack, and not getting hit by status effects is always nice. Quick claw will make sure your defenses are up quick.

Type Of Set: All Around
Pokemon: Exploud
Item: Chesto Berry
Ability: Sound Proof
Moves
Move 1) Rest
Move 2) Water Pulse
Move 3) Sleep Talk
Move 4) Hyper Volce
I think this is a rather good set, with rest in use, you get health, then sleep talk lets you attack while sleeping. The moves I chose because if an opponent can't be hit by normal attacks, i.e. Ghosts, then water pulse will hit them instead, plus they're powerful moves. Chesto berry is so that once asleep, you wake up. Quite useful combined with rest

Type Of Set: Power
Pokemon: Absol
Ability: Pressure
Item: Leftovers
Moves
1: Aerial Ace
2: Shock Wave
3: Calm Mind
4: Flamethrower

Okay, a rather powerful set. You have aerial ace and shock wave which are both unavoidable and rather strong. Next you have calm mind, which increases your sp.atk and sp.def. Flamethrower is a powerful move, not as powerful as fire blast, but also more reliable. Leftovers will help you gain life. Shock wave and flamethrower are both sp.atks so will combine well with calm mind.

No offense, but these movesets are really bad. To start, Absol is a physical attacker. It needs Physical Attacks and Boosts, like Double Edge, Aerial Ace ( Good Pick ), Swords Dance, and Shadow Ball. Exploud is not a good pokemon to start, so I'm not going to go there. The moveset is OK, though. Gardevoir is a Special Attacker! The Psychic was a good Idea, but it should have others as well. Maybe a Thunderbolt, and then a Hypnosis & Dream Eater. If you have XD, then you should get nightmare. I love that move. You may not, and it is your choice in the end.
<- I love that thing!

Type Of Set: Not sure...possible Special Sweeper?
Pokemon: Gardevoir
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Trace
EV's: 252 SpAtk | 100 Spe | 100 Def | 56 SpDef
Nature: Modest
Move 1: Ice Punch | Thunderbolt
Move 2: Psychic
Move 3: Light Screen | Calm Mind
Move 4: Will O Wisp

Switch in on something with Levitate to gain that Ground resistence. Light Screen up, then Will O Wisp, this gives you resistences to boh physical and special. If you chose Calm Mind over Light Screen, it will take longer to set up, but you gain that sweeping ability, so it might be worth it. After you have your resistences set up, attack away. Psychic for STAB, while the other move you choose (Ice Punch/Thunderbolt) is just good.

Type Of Set: Physical Sweeper...if anything...?
Pokemon: Exploud
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sound Proof
EV's: 222 Hp | 180 Atk | 180 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Move 1: Return
Move 2: Earthquake
Move 3: Shadow Ball
Move 4: Overheat

Horrible Pokemon to begin with. Only useful for it's ability to block Roar, thus making it useful for recieving Baton Passes. Agility, Swords Dance (Anything Ninjask can give it basiclly.) Return for STAB, any Normal type should have it. Earthquake for power, Shadow Ball...again, most Normal types need it. Overheat for Skarm with Whirlwind. (:

Type Of Set: Baton Passer
Pokemon: Absol
Ability: Pressure
Item: Leftovers
EV's: 252 Hp | 252 SpDef | 4 Def
Nature: Anything boosting Def/SpDef...
1: Sword Dance
2: Shadow Ball
3: Baton Pass
4: Curse

Pretty explanitory...
