Marleena Feyr
East Wing - Training Room C

New people came in, a few I didn't recognize, but some that were fairly common sights around here. I was busy paying attention to other matters at the moment. I faced up against a guard's Hitmonlee in the opposite corner of the boxing ring, which was reserved oly for sparring matches between pokemon, between humans, or across that strange line between sanity and technique against brute force and natural ability. The guards just loved to beat the stuffing out of us, but there were some days where bets against guards meant you fought a pokemon the next day. They couldn't risk killing us, but having us covered in bad bruises or having bones broken was just part of this 'training'. They wanted killers, whether thats why we were here or not.

The fight began.

Jumping nimbly from foot to foot, the naturally professional foot fighter seemed to size me up from the opposite corner, holding a solig martial arts stance. I was wearing my usual uniform, a black sleeveless t-shirt with tight black pants. Being a ninja was the best way to be a thrief, and I was both. Ready for the onslaught, I drew my wrapped arms back, ready to block the first kick ... now. The Hitmonlee jumped forward, performing a beautiful but completely unorthodox spinning back kick. I jumped nimbly aside, catching the hard foot against my arm, throwing it off as I jumped forward, pressing an attack forward with my bare fists, my arms wrapped to soften the kicking pokemon's blows. Getting a few solid blows in, the pokemon stopped all of a sudden as gunfire went off. I jumped into a back handspring, grabbing at the small metal pipe which was under my uniform. Being a kleptomaniac was so much fun in a prison. It was pure lead, enough to kill anyone who tried to shoot at me first.

The guard attempted to pull out his weapon, a semi-automatic pistol, but an accurate throw of the pipe was enough to make him fall before any shots of his went off. The Hitmonlee had already been returned to its pokeball, which I grabbed before jumping up the walls and hanging onto a duct vent before climbing on the aluminum piping. Out of sight, out of mind. For now. The discourse between the psycho giant and the blood-lover was pretty short. They wanted out, just like most of us around here did. I had heard the rumors about the eventual termination of all the inmates here, and I was probably included. Like I said, they wanted killers, but a skilled klepto wasn't exactly the cut of the notch they wanted. They wanted to take one of the helicopters out of here. Going on a permanent mission. It was risky, and I wanted to go. But I couldn't go without my weapons. At least the claw sword if I had no other choice. I climbed further along the piping, before quietly dropping down by one of the fallen guards. I took the uniform, hoping I could try to sneak out later.

I just hope they don't notice me.

OOC: LOTS of red tape to cut through, but I made it. :)

Alice Young and Aaron Black

"Uh-huh." Alice pushed some of her hair away from her face. "And no one's going to find it suspicious that we aren't accompanied by guards? You shot them all." She paused momentarily. "Well, all right, maybe not those-" she gestured to the three standing outside the room- "but it seems pretty unlikely that they're going to buy that all these guards died of a 'training accident'. And before I continue, I must say it was a very nicely done accident." She smirked slightly.

OoC: Hm... Don't want one of my characters holding up the RP's progress, so let's jump on the "steal a guard's uniform" bandwagon. :3

IC: Kiseki Kagami
Isolation Cell > Training Room C

The door to the isolation cell swung open slowly, bathing the dark room in light. Kiseki, sitting silently in the corner, looked up sharply at the figure in the doorway.

"Just checking up on ya." The guard spoke gruffly, watching the teen rise to his feet. "Now, do you think you can behave yourself, or do you need more time in here?" He looked the younger male squarely in the eyes, readying his gun as he approached.

Kiseki stared him down for several moments before finally sighing and averting his gaze. "I'm calm now..." He looked back to the guard, shifting to a plead, "Can I please go back to my room now? I promise I'll behave myself."

The guard seemed to relax then, lowering his weapon. Under the shadow of the darkened room, Kiseki smirked. These guards were so gullible.

"Alright then. I'll escort ya back to your cell." He spoke again, turning away from the younger boy. Kiseki looked up, waiting until the guard's back was to him before lunging forward, hooking his arm around his neck. He dragged him back into the darkness of the isolation cell, refusing to loosen his grip until the older male's struggles died away completely. He let the guard fall to the floor, taking his uniform and putting it on over his clothes. As he bent down to pick up the gun, he noticed a small trail of blood draining out of the corner of the guard's mouth. Had he killed him...?

Guilt washed over the teen, violence not normally being in his nature. He swallowed dryly, dragging the guard into the darkest part of the room - completely hidden from the light of the hall - and dropped him there. It was too late to regret what he'd done now; it was already done.

He turned and exited the room then, closing and locking the door behind him. No one else would come and check the room for awhile, so he didn't have to worry about that right now.

Hiding his face from view, he made his way back down the hallway toward Training Room C. Three guards were outside the room, most likely guarding it. Thankfully, none of them were the ones who had taken him away earlier. He slipped past them, only earning a brief glance from the trio outside.

New people had arrived since he'd been taken away - two girls and a guy. He recognized the first from the Mess Hall; the one who'd had an interest in blood. Ichiru was standing beside a dark skinned guy in a guard's uniform. Dead bodies littered the target practice room - mostly near the automatic turret, and two of them were right near his feet.

"What happened here...?"

Ichiru Kagami
Training Room C

"So you'd rather stay and rot here would you?" Ichiru glared at the dark skinned man, opening his mouth to respond, but stopping when he sighed and continued. He looked at the ground with a dark scowl when he'd finished speaking, muttering his response.

"Fine by me. I want to get out of here as soon as possible." The brown haired boy from before responded, to which the man beside Ichiru nodded.

"That is good."

"Well, this is all very interesting, I must say. However, I have one question. Who's going to pilot the escape chopper, or whatever we're calling it?" Another girl, whom Ichiru had failed to notice, spoke up then.

After staring at her for several moments, the dark skinned man answered her as well, "A guard. We're going on a 'mission' after all. Except we won't be coming back."

"Uh-huh." The girl brushed some hair away from her face. "And no one's going to find it suspicious that we aren't accompanied by guards? You shot them all." She paused. "Well, all right, maybe not those-" Ichiru glanced at the guards outside the door as she gestured toward them, noticing a fourth approaching. This one, however, actually entered the room.

"-but it seems pretty unlikely that they're going to buy that all these guards died of a 'training accident'. And before I continue, I must say it was a very nicely done accident." The girl continued, and Ichiru looked back at her, although his attention was mostly on the new guard.

"She does have a point..." He agreed quietly, glancing back at the man beside him.

"What happened here...?" Ichiru looked back at the new guard, studying him intently. He knew that voice.

The emerald eyes that appeared from beneath the shadows hiding his face confirmed the teen's thoughts. The other boy grinned, making his way over to the group.

"How'd you get out?"

"I found a way past one of the guards." His attention shifted to the group then, and then to the carnage around them. "What...happened to all of the guards?"

OoC: Fail...again. Also, I don't know if you can actually kill someone the way Kiseki did, since obviously I've never tried, but... yeah. Excuse that?
