Mt. Oktori
"A massive mountain made of slate-gray stone that juts several dozen miles into the sky. This place is always chilly and there's a small, tundra-like area surrounding the base of the mountain. About a third of the way up, the mountain starts getting snowy and icy. Like Mount Deckbi, Mount Oktori has extensive cave networks. It also has a wide trail that spirals up the mountainside. The trail is icy and littered with pieces of stone. Ranger Outpost Number Seven is located here. "
