I don't think that's a change that will be coming to URPG. It's all well and good when there's a 4 move limit, but with an unlimited moveset it would just be too broken.

Tsujartas final evo has the best dream world ability; perseverance. Any stat losses are reversed. For example, -2 becomes +2.

They've run Jaroda using a +2 Leaf Storm on some OU/Uber regulars, and it's fairly unimpressive. 2/3HKOs mainly. In UU, however, there will be rape.

^ This. It's one thing when those Abilities were ones that came naturally on the Pokemon, but these are special ones you can't access unless you go to the DW. Therefore there will most likely be a cost to get them in the URPG, since they're not something a Mon gets for "free" (like natural Abilities and level-up moves).

^ What this dude said. There's NO way we're going to make unlimited TMs. Hell, BW must as well just take out TMs and call all the Machine moves HMs now. But yeah, unlimited TMs in the URPG would be way too broken, unless we made them REALLY expensive. Even then, though, after x number of uses they'd become too powerful.

And Jaroda just keeps getting better 8D. I'm totally starting the game with Taja XD. And lol, I'm gonna definitely get one for URPG and get the DW Ability on it.

What do you guys think about the move Dragon Tail? For those who don't know, it's basically an offensive Roar/Whirlwind. It does damage and forces the foe to switch Mon. I'm not sure of the accuracy/damage/speed tier, but I think it could replace Roar/Whirlwind on the Pokemon that can get all those moves.

Whats the point of having another section for an URPG? the moderators can just add the pokemon to the ultra dex and we would be able to catch them?!

Who said anything about another section? If you mean for the Dream World there wouldn't be another section; most likely the Daycare would be expanded to accommodate DW Abilities.

I went and I put all the B/W mons with pictures, their evolution lines, and what story tiers have been decided for them (if any), since the way the story tiers as being listed confused me (I don't know names, I know the images!) OH and I took the names from veekun because frankly I like veekun more than Serebii.

-Encore now lasts exactly 3 turns.
-Explosion and Selfdestruct no longer halves the Defense of the targets, making them effectively 250\200 power instead of 500\400.
-Feint now hits a Pokemon even if it doesn't use Protect\Detect, and still nullfies them. Is blocked by Fast Guard.
-Fire Fang no longer hits through Wonder Guard even if it is not a super-effective attack.
-Fling: In-depth mechanic change. Check RefPedia/Smogon for list.
-Focus Punch's "charging" message now shows up after the opponent switches a Pokemon, not before.
-Growth now raises the user's Attack and SpAttk. If the weather is Sun, Growht raises Attack and SpAttk two stages each.
-Heal Bell now cures Pokemon with Soundproof.
-Hi Jump Kick and Jump Kick's recoil damage upon missing is now equal to 1/2 of the user's max HP.
-The trapping effect of moves with Ingrain as a sole exception can no longer be Baton Passed
-Klutz now prevents the use of Fling
-Lunar Dance no longer forces an immediate switch to another Pokemon; if the opponent\other Pokemon on the field still have to make their move, they will do so and then the turn will end.
-Magic Coat now reflects Whirlwind, Roar, Disable, Spite, Spikes, Foresight, Encore, Torment, Taunt, Odor Sleuth, Miracle Eye, Embargo, Heal Block, Toxic Spikes, Defog, and Stealth Rock
-Me First now triggers Sucker Punch.
-Minimize now raises the user's evasion by two levels.
-Nature Power becomes Earthquake in Wi-Fi battles.
-Multi-turn moves such as Outrage no longer lose 1 PP on subsequent turns against a Pokemon with Pressure.
-Payback no longer deals double damage if the target is switching out, but still deals double damage so long as the target moves first, even if it isn't attacking.
-A pure Flying type using Roost now become Normal type for the rest of the turn instead of ???-type.
-Secret Power has a 30% chance of inflicting an accuracy drop in Wi-Fi battles.
-Sleep Talk no longer fails after the first use if the user is holding a Choice item.
-Snatch steals Conversion, Wish, Recycle, Imprison, Healing Wish, Power Trick, Lucky Chant, Aqua Ring, Magnet Rise, and Lunar Dance
-Tail Glow now raises the user's SpAtk exactly three levels.
-Tailwind now lasts 4 turns.
-Taunt now lasts exactly 3 turns.
-If a Trick user holding a Choice item swaps with another Pokemon holding a Choice item, they are not locked into Trick the turn immediately after.
-Uproar now lasts exactly 3 turns.
-Wish no longer heals 50% of the recipient's HP. Wish now heals the recipient by 50% of the user's max HP, rounded up. (If Shedinja uses Wish, it restores 1 HP.)


Abilities
-Air Lock and Cloud Nine now give an activation notification upon entering battle.
-Color Change now only activates on the last hit of a multi-hit attack.
-Intimidate now activates if the previous Pokemon used U-turn to switch out and break an opposing Substitute.
-Leaf Guard now prevents the holder from using Rest during sunny weather
-Lightningrod now grants immunity to Electric attacks, including Thunder Wave, as well as a SpAttk boost upon being hit with an Electric move. Ground-types with Lightningrod do not get a SpAttk boost from being hit with an Electric attack; type immunity takes precedence.
-Magic Guard no longer prevents the Pokemon from becoming fully paralyzed.
-If your opponent or ally uses a consumable item, Pickup will give the Pokemon the item used, provided they are not holding an item at the end of the turn. If multiple Pickup Pokemon are in play, the fastest will pick up a copy of the used Berry, and may or may not use it immediately.

-Skill Swap now shows which abilities are swapped in battle.
-Stench gives the Pokemon's damaging attacks a chance to flinch, even ones with an existing side effect. Does not stack with King's Rock. Each hit of a multi-hit move has it's own flinch rate with Stench. The flinch rate seems to be approximately 8-10%.
-Storm Drain now give immunity to Water attacks as well as a SpAttk boost upon being hit with a Water move.
-Sturdy: Always lets a Pokemon at full health to survive any hit with 1 HP, even if the ability has been activated before. If a Pokemon has both Focus Sash and Sturdy, Sturdy activates first.
-Synchronize now afflicts the attacker with Toxic poison instead of regular poison, if the Synchronize Pokemon is poisoned by Toxic\Poison Fang.

Items
-Iron Ball's holder receives neutral damage from Ground moves if it is part Flying type regardless of the Pokemon's other type.
-Life Orb now damages you if you hit a Substitute.

Misc.
-Sleep counters now reset to their original number if the sleeping Pokemon is switched out.
-Trapping moves that deal damage (Fire Spin, Sand Tomb, etc.) now last 4-5 turns.
-Multi-hit moves now have 33.3% chance to hit either 2 or 3 times and 16.6% to hit either 4 or 5 times
-Rough Skin\Steel Thorns\Rugged Helmet synopsis:

Multi-hit moves now break through Focus Sash and Sturdy. If the first hit would not be an OHKO, Focus Sash\Sturdy never trigger. If the first hit would have been an OHKO, Focus Sash and Sturdy would trigger, but subsequent hits would KO the Pokemon.
Multi-hit moves are treated as separate attacks, triggering some abilities multiple times. This includes recoil from Rough Skin\Iron Barbs\Rugged Helmet, Breakable Armor activation. However, if the ability makes the target immune to the attack, such as with Bullet Seed against Herbivore, the ability only activates once.
However, for the purposes of Life Orb and the Metronome item multi-hit moves are treated as a single attack.

Dream World Abilities: I think all of us have came to an agreement of $5k and it should work like the Daycare. I'm thinking it would be like an activation fee, so once you pay the $5k for your Pokemon, even if it evolves and gets a different Dream World Ability, you don't have to pay again. Should we have a new thread for this, or just have it together in the Daycare thread?
Rotational Battles/Triple Battles: Triple Battles is kind of like a mini FFA I guess. But should we put Rotational Battles on hold first, or make it a sort of thing where you need a license to ref it?
Item Trade: Yeah, what Jess said. Just because we don't need it doesn't mean we shouldn't have it.
Gym Lineup: I believe the majority has agreed to place it at 12.
EM Limit Increase: Still need to decide between increase/no increase/no limit.
Permanent TMs: Not going to be input in URPG.
Gen Discrepancies: I think most of us have also come to an agreement of following the most current info, for things like Accuracy and BP.

Did I miss out anything?

Not really been following B/W that much, but I think the EM Limit should just be increased, not taken away completely.
