Default inactive mods

just wondering, shouldn't all of the inactive mods be demodded?
there are six art mods and only two are active.

Some are only free in holidays.

Nothing can even be done with Ryan gone for now anyway.

yes, and one of those jobs is being a mod, so they never came to work.
seriously, if they can't make the effort to be online then they shouldn't be mods.
there are people here who would be great mods, and can't because there are thousand already.

They don't get paid to be a mod, so it's not an official job. They could also have school, as said above. There are many reasons the mods may be inactive.

well if you're all ok with a forum where nearly all the mods have disappeared of the face of the planet, fine...

This has been discussed many times before.

The reason most of us like PE2K is BECAUSE of the small community. Pretty much all of us prefer having a smaller amount of members where we can meet tons of friends, as opposed to a large community where everyone doesn't seem to have time to chat and such.

If you feel that PE2K is lacking and the other forums like Serebii, PC or whatsoever you may choose are for you, then go to them. Of course change is needed. We all know that most of the mods are inactive, but the mods that ARE active at the moment are doing just fine.

yeah, like previously stated, the thing that makes pe2k awesome is that you most likely know everyone on here.

and since pe2k is relatively small, we dont need lots of active mods.

Ryan is even less inactive... does that mean someone else has to run the forum and pay for it?

No.

Especially given that the above statement can't happen unless you are one of the most sophisticated hackers alive.

I think the mod situation is fine right now, to be honest, and I'm on practically every day.

i think you meant active.

all i'm trying to say is that mods who are never here should be demodded.
like operative said, the current mods are doing fine, so why keep another 20 mods?

Here's the thing: I'm pretty darn sure that they can't be demodded until Ryan returns, if he wanted to that is.

It sounds like you're whining. :|
