Default PokeWalker efficiency?

Uhm. I was just wondering. Do you find the PokeWalker efficient?

For me, it is. I mean, even though the graphics isn't that good (which i know will be improved sooner or later), it gives you the ability to obtain PokeWalker-exclusive pokemons and gives your pokemon experiences just by walking.

What is the best part of a PokeWalker for you? On contrary, what is the worst or not-so-good?

And also, just wondering, how often do you use your Pokewalker?

Good - Free RareCandies.
Bad - 1 Level Per Pokemon per Stroll.

i dont think the graphics should improve i like them just the way they are, it gives a rougher, better way of catching pokemon.

Seconded, but rare items go beyond just Rare Candies. You can only get some of the EV reducing berries via Pokewalker.

Thing is, that's it's ONLY flaw (other than the fact that broken walker=lost poke) and the benefits are enormous.
Free level gain for walking? Rare items? Exclusive pokemon? And free ev berries? Yes please. The graphics are great and right where they should be, if anything they should be more like the Pikachu tomagachi pet from all those years ago.

I don't see really what's wrong with the + one Level every stroll since if they just let it run like the Daycarer centre your pokemon would be Like Lv80 and that would ruin the game [Well it would for me]

And you can get other rare items other than "Rarecandies" Like EV reducing items, Evolution Stones and A tun of decent TMs.

No, you can retrieve the mon somehow. I can't remember exactly, but it's in the manual - if you don't know where your manual is, a Google search would probably give you the answer.

The graphics are fine. Not everything needs to be 'WOWSUPERHIGHDEFINITION' - the simplicity of it makes it great.

I don't really give a crap about rare candies, but being able to get more than 1 rare tm is awesome. I have 5 Psychics and 0 rare candies. Love it.

I would I'm just saying I think it'd be cool if there was a full game that was like that. Maybe not as a complete version if if you could unlock a mode in the game where you could turn the whole world like that if you wanted to.

As for the main part of the thread, I really don't use the pokéWalker even though I could . I think it's an interesting addition but I usually forget about it. I often have to walk to and from school though so maybe I'll throw it into my backpack or something.

For those who don't feel like taking Pichu Boy's suggestion of googling "Retriving Pokémon from the Pokéwalker"

On-topic: I don't have HG/SS so I don't have the Pokéwalker, but I do know people who do and are perfectly content with the Generation-I-quality graphics and the ability to level up a pokemon per stroll.
