What about their stats? Natures? Movesets? EV's? Held items? Anything?

It'd be really hard to judge without knowing anything about them.

You need to stop making so many pointless threads, just put your questions and teams in the correct threads above.

Guys are just being suckish, dont listen to em.

Larvitar, Ttar = Amazing with the right moveset, I PERSONALLY prefer Dragonite, but Ttar is damn good.

Luxario...Hmmmf...Jolteon is better imo.

Growlith...I like Arcanine, I prefer Houndoom personally.

Absol...Nah, not a good choice in my opinion.

Gible...Garchomp is used alot, but if you already have Ttar Im not sure if he's needed, maybe get a water/ice/fighting type as a counter? Try a weavile?

I will just nag about 2 things and then contribute:
1. Please don't double post. The edit button exists for a reason
2. This should go under this board

Now to actually contribute:
Larvitar: T-Tar is great when you need a sandstorm but with Swablu/Altaria in the party, damage is going to happen. On the other hand, with some great attacks, T-Tar can dominate. Also T-tar can be the responsible holder of ThunderPunch.
Lucario: Almost never fails. Close combat and Aura Sphere can be rather helpful, but I might go for Poliwrath simply because a Water-type can't hurt a team severly. Also Poliwrath being able to know Ice-type moves (most notably Ice Punch) covers any issue with Dragon and Grass-types.
Growlithe: The speed demon has entered. Give it a Choice Scarf and Fire Blast and you should be good to go.
Absol: Nothing personal against it, but with T-Tar you already have a Dark-type Physical Sweeper
Swablu: Altarias can be pretty useful. Without my Altaria I couldn't sweep the Hoenn Elite Four. Just make sure to watch out for ice-types.
Gible: Garchomp is overused. Also the Defense in your team seems to be null. If you must go for a second Dragon, go for Flygon.

ALRIGHT MAN THIS TEAM SUX WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS:

TAKE OUT LARVITAR, REPLACE WITH GRAVELER (HE HAS BETER DEFINSE AND LEARNS DEFINS CURL)

LUXRAYARIO SUCKS YOU NEED TO REPLACE WITH A GOOD PHYSICAL SWEEPER, SUCH AS CHANSEY, OR MAYBE KADABRA. MEGA PUNCH WORKS WELL IN TANDEM WITH RECOVER/SOFTBOILD.

GROWLITHE IS PRETTY GOOD, JUST USE HOWL + FLAME WHEEL ^____^

ABSOL IS OVERRATED, YOU GOTTA USE SOME MORE STRONGER UNDERDOGS, LIKE MIGHTYENA OR MAYBE ZOROARK. YA SEE, MIGHTYENA, HAS INTIMIDATE, GREAT FOR STOPPING A STRONG SWEEP IN ITS TRACKS.

SWABLU CAN BE PRETTY COOL, MY FRIEND HAS A SHINY SWABLU. SO YEAH SWABLU IS STRONG. YOU COULD GO WITH FLY FOR A STRONG PHYSICAL ATTACK, BUT I THINK SAFEGUARD WORKS BETTER, AS IT STOPS YOU FROM HAVING ALL THOSE CRIPPLING NEGATIVE EFFECTS.

6TH POKEMON HAS GOTTA BE A GOOD SPECIAL SWEEPER: TAKE THIS OUT NEAR THE ENDGAME WHEN YOUR OPPONENT'S TEAM HAS ALREADY BE WEAKENED. I'D SUGGEST A STRONG SPECIAL SWEEPER LIKE MACHOKE OR NINCADA, BUT I REALLY THINK THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION WOULD BE BEEDRILL, BECAUSE HE CAN LEARN SLUDGE BOMB. (IT GETS STAB BONUS AND IS PRETTY STRONG)

/i love to waste masami's time

i agree.. it's no wonder the activity around here has dropped massively..

Larvitar turns into tyranitar, which is a beast in itself depending on what you do with it..

i believe you mean luxray there... it's dretty decent, but i'd try something different if i were you such as magnezone.. a little more durable..

growlithe turns into Arcanine pretty good whether it be special or physical..

absol is ok, but i wouldn't recommend it considering the already used pokies.. if you wanna go with a dark type, i'd recommend honchkrow.

swablu.. same scenario... it's decent, but dragonite or salamence would prove much more useful.. they both have a pretty decent movepool and can potentially sweep, salamence especially could come in as a revenge killer.

gible turns into garchomp.. there's not much use for it here since you already got a dragon type on the team with the same weaknesses as it.. instead i'd recommend machamp or gengar here..

i'm pretty sure these should prove a lot more useful for you.. if you want to stick with the things you previously mentioned before, i can help you with decent movesets for those if you want

even though this was my first post in the hgss section

Or you can call it trying to liven things up instead of people thinking so mechanically about pokemon. You want me to give a response on making a 'good' team? Sure, I'll just post the base forms of (insert most commonly used competitive team) and give explanations. And since (team) has no weaknesses because (random top ou mon) counters that weakness, this is the best team and you can't use anything else. Screw your favorite pokemon.

fyi I used to be one of the most active guys on the forum, and i'm mature enough, I am not at fault for lowered activity, hell, that happened in the middle of my year absence.
