"No, I don't have a name yet, but I soon will." I said, smiling as I grasped the ball. "Can we move on?" I asked as I began walking.

Ash nodded, following his Trainer quickly. He stopped, however, when the few dim lights began to shake and blink rapidly. Then the lights completely shut off, leaving the Trainers in complete darkness. Then there was a sudden flash of light and one by one the computers and lights exploded.

Ash jumped backwards when a floating, orange and blue creature popped out in front of him. The Rotom then vanished again, only to reappear on Ash’s head. A second on was levitating in front of Axel.

“Wow, would you lookie here! Two Rotoms, that is certainly a treat, Mr. Blue!”

The lights began to dim down a little, pulsating rapidly. It was almost if there was some sort of communication going on, like Morse code. Then the lights completely shut off and left us in the dark. Then, mysteriously, the lights, computers, and almost anything with an electrical pulse exploded. I stood my ground; waiting to see what it was that caused this. An orange and blue Pokémon stood before Ranger Ash, appearing from nowhere. I could feel my heart skipping beats as my mind began racing. Then, a second appeared right in front of me, nearly causing me to pass out. I could not believe that this was happening.

“Wow, would you lookie here! Two Rotom’s that is certainly a treat, Mr. Blue!” Ash said. I could barely hear him over my excitement. I could feel the blood rushing through my heart as the beat that kept me alive began to get faster and faster. I could feel myself sweating. I took in and released three slow breaths and calmed myself down. I had to relax to be able to think carefully and straight. It was the only way I’d be able to catch these two, after all, this is what I’ve been looking for. It took three expeditions, but it is finally paying off.

“Yes, they’re mine!” I finally said, grinning from cheek to cheek. I thought carefully who I was going to send, thinking of every possible combination. Then it hit me. Psyshock and Rayne were the perfect combination, at least for this particular battle. Their natures and abilities can make them work perfectly together and move as one. I pulled out a grey and green striped Pokeball, followed by a grey and yellow one. With a swift movement of my hand, I tossed the two balls in front of me. The magnificent green humanoid Psychic Pokémon. Her elegant ballroom looking gown swayed gracefully from side to side. She took a fighting position and waited for her partner to emerge. The second ball erupted with a blinding white light. Another humanoid, fox resembling Pokémon stood before us. It was a light brown color with darker brown plates around his chest, knee, and wrist areas. In his hand he wielded two spoons that amplified his psychic powers. He stood besides Rayne, as they took their battle positions.

“Okay, you two act together and help me capture these two magnificent Pokémon.” I calmly said. “Both of you use Calm Mind, and then change into a Shadow Ball combined with your Hidden Power attacks. Meld your attacks into one, and then split!”

Rayne and Psyshock stood back to back, concentrating hard. Their bodies touched and began to glow a bright blue color as their minds joined together. Then Psyshock lifted his two spoons into the air, tilting his head back, Rayne was doing the exact same thing at the exact same time. They were truly acting as one. Dark energy was pulled from the air and coming out of Psyshock’s spoons and Rayne’s hand, forming a large ball. Then, as the ball formed, clear, small, circular balls of energy rotated around Psyshock. The same was going around Rayne, except they were green. They made a humming sound as the magical orbs of energy slowly made their way up to the top were they mixed in with the Shadow Ball. The Shadow Ball now had many small green and clear spheres rotating around it. Then Rayne and Psyshock brought their hands forward. Rayne pulled left while Psyshock pulled right. The Shadow Ball split into two, taking some of the green and clear orbs with it. Now there were two Shadow Balls with both Psyshocks and Raynes power, and with both of their Hidden Powers rotating around it. Rayne launched her Shadow Ball towards Rotom A, Psyshock towards Rotom B. I could only hope that the attacks were successful.

The graceful Garevoir bowed to her two opponents before Calming her Mind with her psychic prowess. The fox-like humanoid, Alakazam, smiled at the two floating Rotoms before using Calm Mind himself. The Rotoms looked at each other mischievously, grinning. The first one bolted over to a large refrigerator, quickly taking the form of the Frost Rotom. The second, however, took the form of a microwave and therefore changed into Heat Rotom. They two grinned again as both Psychock and Rayne prepared their Shadow Ball/Hidden Power combos. The Heat Rotom and Frost Rotom let out two Waves of electrical Shocks, reach fired with their special move. Heat’s Shock Wave had an Overheat shoved in the middle while Frost’s had a powerful, storming Blizzard. What a way to start of the battle.

“Hey Mr. Yellow? I suggest trying to get rid of the other appliances, so they don’t change any more,” Ash suggested casually.

After the twin Rotoms fired their attacks, they each got pelted by the Shadow Balls and Hidden Powers, Rayne’s Grass Hidden Power going to the Frost Rotom while Psyshock’s Steel went to the Heat Rotom.

“Hey Mr. Yellow? I suggest trying to get rid of the other appliances, so they don’t change any more,” Ash suggested casually.

I thought about it, slowly nodding, but it didn't matter to me at the moment if they changed again. I just wanted to capture the fridge and mircrowave Pokemon. It is what I had been waiting for since as long as I can remember. I thought of what other moves they could use, then another combo came into mind.

"Teleport and use Psycho Thunder attack!" I called out. Psyshock would teleport to the left of the Frost Rotom and Rayne would teleport to the right of the Heat Rotom. Both their bodies would glow a bright blue and green color that would engulf Psyshock and Rayne, then soon cover the Rotom's body, doing a good amount of damage to them. Their Psychic attacks would hopefully be enough to through them off. Then they would send a bolt of electricity, hopefully paralyzing them.

After they finished their attacks, I would attempt to capture them. I brought out two spheres. A Supremeball and a Hyperball! I readied them, throwing them at the right moment. Psyshock and Rayne would guide the balls with their psychic powers, making sure it hit them.

Gardevoir and Alakazam disappeared in a flash of blue and green, each Teleporting to either side of their targets. A flash of electricity and psychic powers followed shortly afterwards, damaging both Pokemon severely. Two Pokeballs followed suit, each taking on a separate Pokemon. The Supremeball engulfed the hardy Heat Rotom while the Hyperball was swatted away by the Frost Rotom. The poor Pokemon continually dodged the psychic controlled Hyperball until the Rotom finally blasted it with a overpowered Shock Wave. The Shock Wave also spread out to the Alakazam, hitting the Psi Pokemon on the arm.

The Frost Rotom then readied a Blizzard, the orb of icy powers forming at the Pokemon’s mouth.

The Supremeball had worked to perfection, just as I had predicted. The Hyperball didn't work as well as I had wanted it too. I saw that it was just one Rotom left. "Come on back Psyshock." I called out, making the battle even. A bright red light came out of the sphere and sucked the Psi Pokemon in. I saw that the Frost Rotom was readying a Blizzard attack.

"Rayne, teleport out of the way as soon as it launches the attack. Then put it to sleep with Hypnosis and weaken it some more with Psychic, then use that Hyperball that we just used with your psychic powers to capture it." The ballroom gowned Pokemon swayed her hips from side to side, getting ready to teleport as soon as the Rotom launched the attack. Then she would send out hypnotic waves that would hopefully catch the Rotom off guard and put it to sleep. Then finally using her Psychic attack to bring down the Rotom just good enough for a capture.

The Frost Rotom launched its powerful Blizzard just as the Gardevoir teleported out of the way. A Psychic and Hypnosis combo shot from the darkness of a corner after the Blizzard hit the wall, freezing it. The Frost Rotom’s eyes widened with shock as it suddenly fell asleep, its body trembling for the effects of paralysis.

Gardevoir then took the Hyperball and flung it at the injured, resting Rotom. The ball shook twice before coming to a close.

“CONGRATS MISTER RAINBOW, YOU CAUGHT BOTH ROTOMS!” Ash yelled happily, obviously excited with the fact that he had witnessed the capture of two Rotoms. "Would you like to head back to the outpost now?"

“CONGRATS MISTER RAINBOW, YOU CAUGHT BOTH ROTOMS!” Ash yelled happily, obviously excited with the fact that he had witnessed the capture of two Rotoms. "Would you like to head back to the outpost now?"

"Yes, I got what I came here for, thanks for taking me through!" I said politely. "It was fun, now I'm ready to leave."
