Relaxed for Haunter. Its not a Gengar because the Pal Parker put an Everstone on it.
King wanted Slowpoke. The person I obtained them from ran it though Pokemon Legality Checker(By Sabresite vB54-4).
As for the 5 you listed, sure, Ill trade.

Haunter doesn't evolve in palpark. It only evolve when traded.
In Jeremy event, folks got a set with only one pkm cloned 12 times. They had to trade to get the full Jeremy set, that was the event purpose.
So yes, haunter is suposed to exist but sounds like many Jeremy were lost. Stop playing pkm... do not trade on-line... i dunno the reason but this event is rare.

Some of them can be downloaded on project pokemon website and then miracle! Those Jeremy became common with many different palpark dates... That kinda makes me laugh, but i got lured as well since i wasn't aware date can be easily edited without being noticed.

Some of them are still rare : sandshrew, slowpoke, shellder and oddish because they cannot be dowloaded yet, prolly just a matter of time.
