so give me ideas to switch pokemon and what moves, i have like 300 rare candys from 'M! so i dont mind!

Oh boy.
Mew can work, but there are way better movesets, and considering its Red, it should be fine.
Venusaur - Ummm well, Cut isn't a move that should be used on it, however it is an HM and in game you can't undo it, so leave it.
Snorlax - Good enough
Take off Pideot/Fearow
Two birds not good.
And take off both birds if using Staryu - Starmie - Lightning weakness.

I haven't played Red in some time now, so i kinda lost my grip on it, however your team needs some editing, find other pokemon that encompass all the regions of attack.

Don't rare candy it's silly and stats suck. Eg a properly trained mew can have 403HP. Too much crap to mention. Like amnesia won't help lax without any special moves. And does staryu even learn Hydro Pump?

Lol yes, Its RBY - they didn't invent HM removal yet, so hes stuck with Cut and Fly

lol. i just clone my calciums and irons.... plus since you said flying type-not good! im gonan remove one with zapdos.

oh and if i keep clonin calciums and HP UPS my mew could have like 700hp.

and 600 special.

EDIT: im gonna trade my venu to my silver and my other pokemon like mew, to delete the moves and get better ones, like cut and fly.

yes, staryu learns hydro pump at lvl 47 or 54.

yes, staryu learns hydro pump at lvl 47 or 54.

Just keep in mind the EV limits lol, and did they have EVs in Red?

I would remove both flying if you are gonna add Zapdos, since it can do the work of two pokemon - flying, and thunder.

Put a wall in that place, or an annoyer if you can (Weeezzzzzing lol)

in rby its called stat exp. All stats can be maxed with the equivalent of 252 EVs. But you need like a few thousand stat exp for one stat to max it.

And stats max you *******, you can't get 700 HP lol. A Mew with a DV of 15 in RBY can have max HP of 403.
There is good sticky somewhere done by MLugia, you should read it.
