No, she doesn't. Kasumi was a dead weight in Jouto and certainly be a dead weight if she comes back. She gets enough exposure in her HoSos.

Why would they get rid of Ash when he has been the main character for 400+ episodes, supporting charcters can be replaced constantly, you'll see may when he gets to the league.

Misty was a serious dead weight, only so much you can do with a water pokémon trainer. From what I've seen of Hakura, I prefer her to both May and Misty.

Sorry to center my post on you yet again, but she was bland in Jouto, hence why she was replace with your precious Haruka. It's funny since she got more development when she was in the HoSos.
