Got out X-Wing again, my joystick configuration is messed up, though. Even on the keyboard, A-Wings still fly as well as ever, thank god.

Lawl... If you really liked that book, pick up Republic Commando: Hard Contact and Republic Commando: Triple Zero both by Karen Traviss. They are AWESOME, and I recommend them to every Star Wars fan I know, whether casual or really into it.

I think Boba Fett is alive, I've read the books (The Bounty Hunter Wars Books). He told Dengar he ecaped by 'Blowing it up". Fett was barely alive when Dengar found him, but Fett found the will to live, and he survived.

If you actually read stuff from George Lucas himself you'll find that while he allows others to write and stuff within the universe he created none of it has any baering on the actual happinings in that universe. So yes he is dead though it was originally thought that his helmet once again saved his life. This was however not the case.

I can't believe he looks in the mirror and tells himself good night. Sad and creepy at the same time.

Nope, he's alive. The Kyle Katarn series is canon within George's universe, and Boba Fett appears in Jedi Academy.
