Hey... all you guys forgot about spore. As far as non-damaging moves go, Spore is the best in my opinion (though Pain Split is very cool). The best damaging move in my books is Bonemerang for substitute pwnage (though the accuracy isn't too hot).

Spore is really good, but too uncommon, Bonemerang is sort of tying with EQ because the low accuracy is made up with the Sub-breaking abilities, but too uncommon.
