TM Rest is found in Route 9.

i realy cant think of moveset for haunter or gengar with rest either

Yeah... Haunter with Rest is kinda weird lol... I was thinking you make the ENEMY sleep... but erm, you yourself sleep...? Uh... care to tell?

I thought it was found on the boat? Anyway, Haunter with Rest is weird, like others have said. Make it a sweeper or something, it better at sweeping when its a Gengar.
