8/10. You Sceptile should have one more strong grass attack like Giga Drain or whatever. Also your Kyogre should have a ice attack.

I also suggest replacing all Thunder/Blizzard/Fire Blast with Thunderbolt/Ice Beam/Flamethrower. As many of you probably know, I still prefer accuracy over power.
It's a decent team, at least you have them all at lv 100. 7/10

i'd give it 8/10 mainly because you havn't given them goodlmoves your items are quite bad but your charizard is exellent and one more thing you should have taught sceptile sunny day.

why would u teach a sceptile sunny day? it doesnt have the def to waste a turn setting it up. you would be better off just solarbeaming first turn.

It's pretty good, but you should give charizard more than just fire moves, and all of them more deffense rather than straight offense moves. But I like all the Pokemon themselves. (Raichu! rock on!).
