can someone give me good emerald team.

There is no "Good" team; for that matter there is no "Bad" team. All pokemon have their own reason for being good on a team. You just have to pick a well rounded team, with traits that you like. Also cool/cute pokemon are a plus.

Thats my ingame no trading team (obviusly I use Ubers and its a collection of pokemon that I happened to catch along my way through the game, so its not balanced or anything

A 'Good' team usually means having balanced Pokemon of different skills and abilities. The 'Bad' one means having too much of the same kind with little or no defensive coverage and natures. StormtrooperX's team is one of the 'Good' ones, except for the Beldum part. Yeah.
