You mean the Lax Incense? Actually, yes! It can be found at the Lost cave (Right, then Down)

Oh, yeah. Duh, Valerie. Ok, it's on five island, go into the water west of town. Next, go east in the Water Labrynth to reach the Resort Gorgeous section. By going east, you'll reach another peice of land with some trainers and an empty house. Continue east and you'll reach the Lost Cave.

Psssss.... If you know your not lost in the Lost Cave, try looking at the rocks on the ground so you won't be confused.
