Default Got the game(Emerald) a week ago, questions about it and other pokemon games

I just bought emerald about a week or so ago. I was a bit disappointed with how quick the game went, I am at victory road with team between the levels of 45 and 50.

Anyway, I remember playing the Gold version and making such a powerful team mainly because I went to the old world. Is there a way to get to the Joto and old pallet town world in emrald or does it bascially end after the Elite 4? I thought of gold/silver as one of the best because I thought ti was cool how they joined both lands.

also, if emarld doesn't, does the newer red and green series do this?

None of the games contain more than one continent.

You'll need pokemon level 50-60 at least to fight the E4. You've got some training to do. After that, the Battle Frontier opens, and that's a whole different way to battle against trainers. You'll probably like it. Adds length to the game.

Just the Gold/Silver/Crystal series?

Also I figured I would need to train, do you know where TM Phsycic or flamethrower are?

I don't think Flamethrower is a TM in Emerald (Or Ruby and Sapphire) anymore, but Fire Blast is instead. You can get that at the Lilycove Department for a mean $5000.

you don't have to make them lvl 50-60. 45-50 is enough.
