Default Through the game with......

How many of you have tried going through the game with just your starter pokemon and a couple for the HM moves that were kept say in the PC. I'm trying now, besides beserkly high levels its pretty fun yet chalenging because of type disadvantages.

I have never ever tried that, but I hardly ever train my starter Pokémon at any rate. I think it's more fun without it, and tends to take people you battle via the cable by surprise. Still, it does sound fun... of course, I will never delete any of the files I have because I'm to attached to them! <--- V. lame.

That's very risky. So I never really done it or plan on doing it.

I always did that till I noticed that the game isn't as fun IMo without more that one pokemon to train. When I got to the Elite 4 my main pokemon was usually on Lv70.
