Ok,I know how to animate but i dunno how to do stuff that moves
it comes out like this:

How do those 2 bottom and top lines appear?

I need a little help with this.....

Put an image, skip a few frames, then put the other image.

Then, right click on the timeline and add a motion tween.

A tween is what makes the animation look smooth. t links the first and last frame. For example, look at the egg in your sig. It doesn't just have two frames. It has frames in between. These are called "tweens."
