Can anybody tell me how to get umbreon and espeon?

You can't get them on FireRed or LeafGreen because there's no inbuilt clock. You need to trade your Eevee to Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald and then make it really happy and then get it up a level at night time to get Umbreon, or during the morning/day to get Espeon.

To be more accurate, Espeon from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Umbreon from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
