Default Igglybuff, jigglypuff and wigglytuff

uhm.. I'm kinda looking for these pokémon or one of these. Are they unique and can they be bred? and when I find one and it's male, can I retry to find a female? I know, so many questions, But I wanna restart my game AND have this pokémon. also, do I need waterfall for it?

Thanks in advance!

no you do not need waterfall you need surf. Go to the top of Rustboro city on to the sand and surf upwards... you should see a strip of land with a trainer... ignore her and follow the wall of rocks, go onto the next strip of land with the stairs and take the right entrance to the maze of trees, there is two trainers. Battle them if you like 1 has a hariyama the other has machop. Go upwards and on one side there is kelpsy berries and on the other a bunch of grass in those grass is jigglypuff... they are rare so have patience. Hope this helped

well this is way off topic but you press and hold alt then press 1,3,8 on your number pad and let go of alt and voila!
