kyogre will not have a pre-evolution, they would never do that to a legendary, besides, if it was they would give groudon one aswell

Buizeru's cute. As soon as I get a DS and Diamond/Pearl as soon as they come out, I shall get Buizeru and keep in my party for ALL eternity. :D
