[Sapphire]Movesets for Team of 6

I have 2 pokemon that I am currently re-training so that they are EV Trained. On my Machamp I am just maxing out his HP and Attk. On Milotic I have no idea where to distribute my EP's. Also, if possible, can someone tell me a good moveset for Slaking without using rest and tell me where to distribute the Effort Points.

i dont want to get any pokemon traded so i was thinking more of in-game ones. so pokemon from sapphire. and i want the slaking to know hyperbeam. and with that thing that makes normal moves stronger it pwns in the battle tower. OHKO all of the time.

Hyper beam is pointless, Silk scarf is pointless, stick to the set younglink gave you, but using Focus punch ALWAYS. If you lack prediction, don´t use Slaking
