Aw, poor Mothim... D: That really bites, k_pop :/

GUYS I'M GOING TO FIX (or potential ruin beyond repair) MY CRYSTAL GAME TODAY.

AND THEN I'm GOING TO START A NUZLOCKE RUN LOG/BLOG THING.

Think I'm going to call it "Char's Crystal Time Traveling Adventures" or something. Most of it will be making fun of the outdated features of Crystal, lol.

N'aww, Crystal will never be outdated for me! I hate how the battery runs dry though. e.e Never happened to me, but I was sure it would happen while I was playing Blue. xD

I only like DS Cartridges now. GBA, GBC, GB cartridges are just...ugh. GBA clock runs dry, then NO TRANSFERRING. And GBC and GB batter runs dry. Also a shame you can't transfer from G/S/C to R/S/E. ;(

Hmm, maybe outdated isn't the right word. I couldn't think of the right word xD Maybe it's "antique" or something--I was referring to the fact that the computers are square (and massive), radios bulky, ect. It'll be like traveling back to the eighties, man xD (even though Crystal was made in 2000 or something)

Starting an Eeveelocke NOW! I've beaten the first Gym on White, so now I can trade over a set of 6 Eevee. :D

I became a bit discouraged with Ninfia, but it's growing on me, I kinda like her now. :3

Anyways;

RULES

- Eeveelocke begins after the first Gym. All previous Pokemon must either be boxed for trading or released.
- Each Eevee has five lives. If one dies, it must be released, no exceptions. A new Eevee may be traded over after the next gym is beaten (if Eevee dies with 4 gym badges, I can replace it when I get the 5th).
- Each Eevee will be traded at Level 20.
- No other Pokemon can be caught. Shinies and Legendaries are the only exceptions.
- When Eevee reaches level 25, it must evolve. Exceptions are Espeon, Umbreon (which evolve via friendship and cannot be controlled), and Glaceon (which evolves at Twist Mountain, after level 25).
- Each Eevee is traded with it's evolutionary stone (if viable).
- Each Pokemon must be nicknamed.

Eeveelocke = Awesomeness

I think I wanna try that sometime xD I might edit the rules a bit--like, you only get an Eevee after each gym you beat (so you can use captured wild Pokemon or the starter) BUT I'll make it so I have to use Eeveelutions for the Elite 4 and Champion. Like the idea on the lives, though ^^

I might have said this, but I'm way excited for this Crystal run xD I've got a few posts written, but I won't put them up until I get a little farther ahead. So far my favorite parts to write have been the narrator I chose and the starter's personality xD

I wish they made a Flying type Eevee that could fly. @.@ Had to go all the way back down Celestial Tower, and got challenged more than I actually battled on the way up. xD Pays off though, because after getting the seventh badge, we're in our early 40's level-wise. :D

I made them have lives so I couldn't lose them. <3 Flareon is still the only one that has lost a life though. :D

Ooh that reminds me. I thought about creating a thread for nuzlocke stats for people who don't wanna make a whole thread out of it and write a story on it. You would post one nuzlocke, and edit it to update (you could put each up date in spoilers or etc). For each new nuzlocke you start, you can post and update it too! O: What do you guys think?

OH, I think I see what you're doing xD Stats as in a general team overview and such like those Black/White Team threads in the game sections. Yeah, I like that idea ^^

Here's my opinion based on reading a few threads on the Nuzlocke forums. :3

From best to worst:
R/B/Y/FR/LG: Charmander | Squirtle | Bulbasaur (Although it's pretty close between all three of them)
G/S/C/HG/SS: Cyndaquil | Totodile | Chikorita (Johto really hates Grass types)
R/S/E: Mudkip | Torchic | Treecko (Again, all three do pretty well)
D/P/Pt: Chimchar | Piplup | Turtwig
B/W: Oshawott | Tepig | Snivy (Oshawott and Tepig do equally well in the original Unova game)
B2/W2: Oshawott | Tepig | Snivy

Grass types are almost universally the worst starters of each region, as it's a terrible defensive and offensive typing in general. D:
