Will X & Y feature all new pokemon or feature new evolutions?

I wonder if those games were also a contributing factor to why Sinnoh was so painfully long. I mean ot's a stretch to think that considering when Gen V came out, but I don't think it's all that farfetch'd.

With the games being based the X & Y chromosome maybe the new evolutions will feature gender specific evolution

What they did in black and white was smart. The evolution's got way out of hand in gen 4. Im thinking some cool side evolutions would be nice.

I liked the 4th Gen evolutions. I hated regular Magmar and Electabuzz... :(

IF WE DON'T GET AN EEVEELUTION...I will quit Pokemon forever. I want at least one new one. I love all the current ones, but I want a new one so very badly.

If they are going to do eeveelutions its going to be in twos like have done. which two types though.

You never know sometimes they like to randomly switch up almost for certain things like with B2W2. So I could see them doing one evolution if it was dragon, or a legit normal evolution.

Something really unexpected would be evolutions to an already existing group of Eeevelutions. Or Eevee>Normal Evolution >2nd Normal Evolution.

Every Even Generation they seem to release a mass number of previous evolutions. (On odds they are brand new with the exception of the Hoenn but, it was just 2 pre-evolutions.) Pariculary there might be 2 new Eeveelutions, a Dunsparce, Farfetch'd, Chimecho, Chatot, Delibird, or a Stinfisk evolution. To answer the question, yes X and Y will feature evolutions of previous Pokemon. (Or so I hope.)
