Kanto and Sinnoh. Sinnoh for it's deep history and it's large map and Kanto because it's the first region you ever explore (If you played since R/B/Y) and it's nostalgia <3

CrazyTrainer, you should have been more clear about what aspect of the region we do prefer.
Pokemons? History? Enviroments? Well, my favorite is Unova. Despite the Pokemons, history was amazing and the shape of the region pleases me.

I love Hoenn since ruby was my first game. I loved it and wish that you could go to Hoenn in the new games :(

I really like the variety in the Unova region, and the graphics are mesmerizing. Second to that, though, I'd probably choose Kanto because of the nostalgia value. :)

I love Hoenn; Gen III will always be my favourite. The music, the spriting, the story, the Pokemon, all of it was just awesome for me. ^_^
