Every pokemon you knock out in game gives at least 1 EV. Also vitamins (protien, iron ect) give 10 EVs for a single stat.

I have my garchomp set with rough skin but it keeps putting my team in Ubers its making me aggravated.

technically chomp is still an uber, so that may be why

to my knowledge, it was in debate (and has been quite a while) smogon is down, so ill let you know for sure soon as i find out, but im 85% sure its still uber... meh. i personally never had too much trouble out of chomps, but those are the rules...

Ya PO is probably slow to update their server, if thats the case switch chomp with either scarf flygon or scarf Haxorus for the time being.

Oh wow! I need to check the listings again then.. pretty sure ill be seeing much more chomp now... As long as a specific person on my team hasn't went back up, then ill be happy
