Fly is better then Aerial Ace because its 90 power in D/P.

Actually, no it isn't, Fly is 90 power every 2 turns while Aerial Ace is 120.

But it can't be helped if you need a Flyer...

Charizard (Special Attacker Moveset)

Flamethrower.. (or Substitute to any fire attacks)
Seismic Toss
EarthQuake
Dragon Claw/Dragon Pulse



flamethrower has good accuracy ...(blast burn is a good option..but low pp and only 90 acc)
*just choose the fire attack that suits you
Seismic Toss (for rock types....)
EarthQuake(for electric types..)
Dragon Claw(good for dragon types)

Strengths:
Counters other weakness

Weakness:
Water types
