Okay, that is workable. I do not think that everyone who was in the original would sign up, so maybe having brief character descriptions of who the original eight are supposed to be to help newer players understand the character betters would be a good idea. It also wouldn't hurt to send out PMs to the original players (who were in Yellow) when it comes closer to releasing Crystal to see if they'd be interested. Or even maybe open up a spot or two for a completely new character to make things a little more open. Just making suggestions right now. I'll seriously start thinking about the idea and trying to come up with a plot or basic plot line when I'm feeling better.

Im honestly not sure the originals would come back. The format of this one is going to have to be completely different for it to be successful. I dont want it to be a group thing. Maybe two people could be partners and theyre stories could go together but overall it needs to have the freedom the first one didnt.

I like the partner idea. Maybe there should be met up points once every so often.

My original idea had the first 8 appearing in the story but at different parts. It was really about the kids being grunts.

I was interested in joining one of the Gotta Catch em' all Johto games. I am curious if new members can still join? Also am assuming that SU sheet is the trainer card, is this correct?
P.S. Is it okay that I don't know how to conjure the cute little pictures?

I know I'm not Dredd, nor am I really in charge of anything GCeA related, but I can answer your questions :3

New people are always welcome to join. Just pick which version you prefer ^^

The Card just keeps track of your points, Pokémon, items and such. You don't need to be approved like in RP. You can request your starter in the thread and get going once it's approved!
Like, the sprites in your Trainer Card? You don't need those, it's just extra :3

You request it in the game thread, not the trainer card thread. I'd request it first before putting it on your TC.

You don't need Pokeballs to catch Pokemon in the game. You just need the amount of points that's required. And depending on which version I don't think so, but I'm not going to say for sure since I'm not sure what Dredd will think.
